I made a quick LA trip to go to Disneyland with my cousins, so had to make a pit stop to rate this bird. A whole tissi ran $8.99 and it ended up landing at 5.8/10, which currently ranks it 65th out of 82 grocery store birds I've tried. It's such a convenient spot, and every visit confirms why this is my favorite location. It's no surprise that the genius founder, Joseph Coulombe--who worked so hard building this legacy from 1967 to 1988 (the same year my incredible sister, an amazing Internal Medicine physician, was born!)--created such a wonderful shopping destination. The Staff Makes the Difference.. What keeps me coming back is the consistently warm, helpful, and optimistic team. From my very first visit months ago, I was impressed by how knowledgeable everyone is; they always know exactly where to find items and when new shipments are arriving. * The Management: A huge shout-out to the managers! Emilio has always been so polite and informative. It was a pleasure meeting JP and Jerrell today, too--JP provided exactly the info I needed, and Jerrell was so thoughtful, reading my mind and bringing me a basket when my arms were full! * The Team: Angel at the register is an absolute sweetheart, and I still remember the lovely gentleman with the grey hair who had such a fun, outgoing personality--he reminds me of myself at work! And I have to give five stars to both Pierces! Pierce on the floor was so detailed and helpful, and Pierce at the register had such a fantastic eye for style--he noticed my outfit immediately! We turned around then went to the Hawthorne location instead. We came back around 8:45am to go shopping at this Trader Joe's location and saw people walking out with the pastel mini shopping bags, go figure. We did our shopping then decided to stand in a much much shorter shopping bag line, maybe 10 people in front of us. Lol we bought 8 more bags (one of each color). Crazy Crazy Crazy that these bags are so popluar.

I saw another freezer section around the corner and picked up a few containers. But the flavors that I wanted were in the broken freezer section. I asked if there were any in back, but they didn't have any. When I mentioned the broken freezer, staff didn't seem too concerned. I just remembered that they had the same issue last year and it still wasn't fixed. It's odd to me that they're still stocking a broken freezer with ice cream and expect people to buy them.

They sell at Erewhon for $6 a pop and they were at the Grocery Outlet for----NINETY NINE CENTS. Oh my gosh, I'm sad I already bought some for my friends at full price! WTF. This store is amazing, I was able to get adorable, fancy food items to put together cute baskets for my friends as presents. Before going, I downloaded the app and was shocked to see all on sale. Amazing deals for sure on items I actually buy and also a lot of cool and weird promo items. Cinnamon Toast Flavored bacon~?!?!?! Like wtf? I want to try it. Many items are very high quality, name brand stuff - just be sure to check expirations on food items. This location has a huge parking lot and is around a ton of other stuff in Inglewood, so it's convenient. It's also very organized (except for the clearance section but that's to be expected) and clean. Bring your own bags or pay 15 cents a pop for them. They have everything here from liquor & produce to tons of other food items to even having flowers and clothes plus random toys & home goods.
