I'm giving this Redondo Beach Sprouts 2 stars because I've now had issues with spoiled almond milk on more than one occasion. The first time, I purchased Sprouts brand unsweetened almond milk and Sprouts vanilla almond milk, and both had gone sour before their expiration dates. On a separate visit, I purchased a chocolate almond milk from a different brand, and it was also sour as soon as I opened it. In all cases, I refrigerated the products immediately after getting home, so improper storage on my end was not the issue. The fact that this happened with multiple brands and on different shopping trips makes me believe there may be a refrigeration or temperature-control issue at this location. It's hard to see another explanation when products from different manufacturers are experiencing the same problem. This has resulted in approximately $15-$20 worth of product being wasted, which is frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be able to trust that refrigerated items are being stored properly before purchase. Another ongoing issue is the lack of baggers available at checkout. Cashiers are often expected to scan and bag groceries at the same time, which slows down the checkout process and creates longer lines. Considering the premium prices Sprouts charges, I would expect better staffing and a more efficient checkout experience. I hope management looks into both the refrigeration of refrigerated products and the checkout staffing at this location. These are recurring issues that have negatively affected my shopping experience and make me hesitant to purchase refrigerated items here in the future. read more

They have some of the real organic healthy choices! Love their products! But.... I went in today. There was only one cashier station open w/ 4 customers in line, the last one has the cart loaded to the top. So I went to the self check out - 4 machines. Two elderly customers have paid but had 2-3 bagfuls of products that they are trying to organize to fit into their bags. The other machines had two other customers navigating thru payments. The unmindful attendant was busy doing something in her own screen. NO ONE IS LOOKING OUT & FACILITATING PAYING CUSTOMERS TO GET THRU FAST. NO FAST LANE. NO ONE ASSISTING THE SELF-CHECKOUT. EVERY STAFF IS BUSY WITH DOING SOMETHING ELSE BUT HELPING CUSTOMERS. read more

This store is an amazing store. From management and staff are amazing. They always go over and above. The store always clean. Produce is always fresh. The meat department is always. fresh. Just a great store. And as an Instacart shopper, I appreciate shopping at this store. I've been to a lot of Sprouts locations, but this one is the best. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Sprouts, however, I've been seeing their $5 sushi Wednesday deal, so off to Sprouts I go. I went straight to the sushi counter to see it all empty of sushi, sad face. I looked around to see if they possibly had some elsewhere, but to no luck. I caught an employee and asked about the sushi and she mentioned that she was just about to prepare some more and asked what I wanted. Of course it would still be a while, I think she had to make the rice. So I waited maybe around 20 minutes. I came around 5pm-ish, Sprouts was not too crowded, a little chilly, great interaction with different employees. Yes I forgot to take a photo of my sushi, it was delicious. read more

I was standing at the sand which counter and no one greeted me then she proceeded to say " Are you guys going to order sandwiches or what" then she proceeded to make the sandwiches talking about us to her co workers saying " I shouldn't even be making these sandwiches". read more

They have an excellent vegan selection, better than almost any grocery store. Service is available to help and is helpful. The ambiance is ok. The one thing holding it back is proce, but they do have a rewards program I haven't tried to fully use. Their app is a bit confusing to me. But I walked out of here with some great vegan snacks. read more

This was my first time visiting this Sprouts, and overall, the store was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by one employee who provided extremely poor customer service. My boyfriend simply asked her about the difference in pricing for the blackberries because they had different branding. She responded in a harsh tone by saying, "WHAT?" and made facial expressions that made us feel as if we had asked a stupid question. She then told us, "Hold on, give me a minute," while continuing to count money, and we were left waiting until she decided to help us. At one point, she appeared to turn toward a coworker and laugh about the situation, which made the experience feel even more disrespectful. I work in customer service as well, and I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. We ended up going to another employee, a younger woman who was nothing but kind and helpful. It is unfortunate that one employee's attitude can negatively impact an otherwise pleasant experience. Management should ensure that employees are providing customers with the level of service and respect they deserve. read more

This Sprouts Pollo Asado Rotisserie Chicken is my favorite grocery store chicken as of right now. I've only reviewed 5 grocery store tissys as of penning this, but this just edged out Wegmans for my top spot. I typically rawdog these chickens, with water being the only compliment to the bird. I just feel there needs to be a control across all the tissys I try. I knew when I saw the Pollo Asado flavor that Sprouts wasn't playing. It's a limited edition, but I think they need to make it unlimited. The breast was SO tender, it didn't require water which is NUTTY. 8.6/10. I honestly don't know what's going to beat this. I still have yet to try Costco, Publix, and Sam's Club, which seem to be the most recommended, but idk what's going to beat this Sprouts Pollo Asado. A tall mountain to climb surely, but it is March. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to for this location. The staff at the Redondo Beach Sprouts are always so nice and welcoming. Like genuinely nice, not forced. Every time I come in, someone speaks, asks if I need help, or just has a good attitude. It honestly makes a difference because you don't get that everywhere anymore. The store is so clean and all of the shelfs are stocked. Deli Clerk Ana had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She greeted me with a smile and helped me out tremendously with assisting me in purchasing the needed items l was looking for. My fav sprout location! I always get the most delicious fruits here. They have the best varieties of apples, blueberries, cherries, etc. that you normally wouldn't see at a regular supermarkets. The staff at this store is so kind and helpful. If you're ever curious about a type of fruit, they'll be like - here try it! Lol. This review is for their grocery pickup only. In store, their butchers are always nice. Their produce has wide variety, even though sometimes moldy berries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries and most of the time the lines aren't too bad. Their order pick up is terrible though they replace items with completely different items that I did not select as replacements and they give me other items that are larger instead of the same amount of quantity. For example, I ordered two medium avocados. They gave me one large avocado, which was not what I selected for my replacement in case the two medium avocados were not available. I went into the store myself to pick out my own fruit because I have had that experiences before with their produce and their pick ups, and I literally saw the creamer that I wanted and the avocados that I needed they also instead of giving me a replacement for two sticks of butter with two different sticks of butter they gave me one large puck of butter. So their grocery pick up is honestly just terrible and the customer service inside when you try to get the correct items or deal with them is also terrible. They're not helpful. They're not accountable and they have no customer service skills. I have literally found my items in the store multiple times when I do a pick up order because I do not trust them to get certain items for me which should not happen with a pick up order. I would avoid picking up groceries here at all cost it's a waste of time.. Albertsons has always given me exactly what I ask and great quality produce with pickups. read more

this morning 06/15/26, I was disgusted for being treated disrespectfully by this cashier/employee. I understand people can be in a bad mood but doesn't give the right for being rude to customers. not mentioning that I asked politely to double bag my items, first he even mocked me "even the light items?". we pay for the bags what's the problem? then instead scanning Ang bag the items, he slowly scanned every each item and put aside, then, very slowly again (on porpoise) started bag the items. there was another customer behind me on the line that clearly looked upset for the disgusting attitude of this cashier. he even grabbed his stuff and went to another cashier. in the end, when I politely thanks and got the receipt, the cashier ignored me and didn't e en replied a "you're welcome, have a nice day". Sprouts should evaluate its employees better read more

I had a great experience at Sprouts in Redondo Beach on March 21, 2026. I went in specifically looking for watermelon-infused plums and was really hoping to find them. Unfortunately, the store was out of stock. Instead of simply telling me to check back another day, Mr. Jesse Chavez went above and beyond. He took the time to call two different store locations to see if they had the item available so I could go there instead. That level of customer service really stood out to me. While he did let me know the product would be restocked soon, he didn't stop there--he made an extra effort to help me right then and there. I like sprouts although I was told by a manager that the management isn't that great at his store in Costa Mesa, every store is ran differently so I went to this location and several others last night and I always seem to like the laid back approach! Ever since the California law of 2026, the banning of plastic bags, I stopped coming here!! They provide NO bags at the self checkout. If you forgot your reusable bag good luck! This is our local Sprouts and we enjoy the produce department, organic chicken, and the raisin bran muffins. The cashier Kathleen is very friendly and helpful, she has suggested some products when chatting while ringing up my groceries. I enjoy coming in the store and seeing familiar friendly faces, and the store is clean, bright, and organized. I believe this store is the new sprouts in town! It's a big sprouts, clean, and not too crowded. I made my way here on new years when other grocery stores were closed. It's in quite a bit shopping strip so I got a little lost getting there but glad I found my way. Sprouts is always a big on the pricier side with groceries, but I find that the quality of the produce is very good in comparison to other places. Looking forward to visiting again soon. read more

Healthy. Organic. Fresh. Those are some words that come to mind whenever I think of Sprouts. As often as I come through the mall across the way or this general complex, not once have I ever stepped in here. Then one day, someone decided to give my fur baby a treat that can only be found here. My pup loved it, and so do his visiting extended fur family members, so when it ran out, I found a reason to finally come by. I got a different vibe walking in vs how it feels walking in those regular grocery stores. It's not necessarily better or worse, it's just different. Maybe it's that feeling of newness... anyway! It isn't a large-scale store, so I had no difficulties finding the specific dog treat I was solely here for. I had a little bit of time, so I decided to explore a little. I saw a few familiar brands, but most are new to me. They carry a lot of fresh produce and their meat and seafood selections are above par. Many might think pricing is a tad bit elevated, but I feel it's reasonable for the quality you get. I ended up walking out with 4 other items I didn't plan on buying. Good first visit. There's a bit more exploring to do, and since it's on the way home from work, it may be a stop to make should I have grocery needs. read more
