I called and got the confirmation corrected. 4 days prior to my arrival, I called RMBC and asked how will the driver contact me and pick up location. i explained to Craig it was my first time at DIA and was a senior traveling alone for the first time since my husband passed. He said the driver would be call me upon my flight landing. I received no call and when I called RMBC- i was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes. ??? I was picked up 45 minutes after my call. I called RMBC and was told by Craig my reservation did not get changed with their new booking system. "it happens- not the drivers fault. He gave me a credit of $75.00.and offered to cancel the return trip to DIA on 12/28/24.He agreed that he remembered my confirmation call a few days prior. I like to give second chances, but the nice sedan did not show up-but an Uber driver who got lost and did not have WIFI to find the way out of the mountains. I was trying to call my family for help. Finally-the driver connected to maps. He drove above speed limit, texted while driving and was accepting Uber rides as we neared the airport Dropped me off at arrivals instead of departures. I called Craig at RMBC who offered a refund. Truthfully at my age-I just wanted a safe and predictable car service experience comparable to what I have at my homes in San Francisco and DC.

Jessica rudely expressed that they aren't accountable for their errors, no refunds, and refused to escalate to someone who could provide some kind of relief. Even though we made so many changes (due to a cancelled flight and then a horribly delayed one) Get2Vail rolled with all the punches and did everything they could to get us to our hotel. The driver was professional and friendly and drove like a champ so late at night. Yesterday I got a call from my teen daughter, who was in Breckenridge visiting family friends. She…read moretold me she had received no communication from the ride I had set up to the Denver airport for her. Realizing she was likely going to miss her flight, which was the last one of the day, we were both in a panic. I couldn't get in touch with an actual human at the service I had set up for her, so I began calling company after company with this absurd request-- for someone to pick up my daughter immediately. My luck finally changed when Nick answered the phone at Summit Express. Instead of the quick "no" I had heard from the first five companies I called, Nick put me on hold for a couple of minutes. He came back and asked if my daughter was ready now; he said they would pick her up in 14 minutes! I looked at Life360 less than 15 minutes after hanging up with Nick, and my girl was on the move, driving to DEN! Because of Nick and my daughter's driver, Jeffrey, she made her flight and wasn't stranded alone overnight in Denver. This morning, we were able to celebrate my mom's final day of chemotherapy/radiation in person with her, which would have not been possible if I didn't get so lucky as to find Summit Express and Nick.
