    Engine stalling, Lemon car

    They sold me a lemon car. The salesman keeps trying to tell me theres nothing wrong with the car like I'm crazy. And Nissan service cant figure out whats wrong with the car. Would not recommend this dealership. Redhead "Manager" has a nasty attitude. Don't know how shes employed. Shes got to be related to someone that owns the spot cause she clearly doesnt have a clue about customer service.

    Bob was great and very helpful with the our purchase of my Nissan. He accommodated our requests to get something nice and safe in my budget that would fit in the tight parking spots of Kew gardens (so nothing too big.)

    Came with my dad to look at a used 2018 Nissan for financing and left with my dads car. Anita there is amazing and our dealer Humphrey was also great. I ask a lot of questions and he was patient and answered them all. He also had a great vibe and got a long with my dad (which to me is always important how my parents are treated) Ira (the financial manager) also was great he helped out figure out our budget for the monthly payments and was kind. Me and my family had a great experience here. Def. recommend this dealership

Nowhere do they clearly explain that these "deals" only apply to some vague "select inventory." What that really means is the price you see online includes an extra ~$100/month discount that magically disappears the second you walk in. Conveniently, every car you actually want is "no longer part of that program" or "just sold." Classic bait and switch. On top of that, the place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Communication is poor, expectations aren't set, and everything feels intentionally unclear. The sales manager, Sam, has zero interest in honoring what's advertised online. Instead, they look for every possible angle to increase the price once you're already there. If you enjoy the old school pressure tactics like "what's it going to take to earn your business today," this is your spot. Just know the number you saw online is nowhere close to what you'll actually pay. Expect it to jump 30-50% by the time they're done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values transparency.

I brought my 2024 Tiguan for the first time about a month ago. I was having problems with my Apple CarPlay, turning on and off whenever it felt like and there was also a recall on my car something to do with the front camera. Well, they did nothing with the car because whatever they could have done they said they could not do it because they did not have the part. Fast forward three weeks the part is now in. I'll make an appointment a week in advance to bring my car in. I drop my car off got a ride home which is the only thing I will say about this service center. They are good about getting Lyft drivers to take you home. Anyhow they call me at 4:30 to tell me my car will not be ready for whatever stupid reason. I told them when I came in. I must have the car for the next day and when they called me to tell me it wasn't gonna be ready. I said to them well I must have a vehicle. what will you do for me? Do you have a loaner car? No, I'm sorry we have no loan of course. WTF.!!!! to say I was furious was an understatement. Fortunately, my sister did not need her car for that day so I had to use her car. Now today, I'm using my car. My Sirius radio is not connecting and my Apple CarPlay is not connecting. I turned the car off turn it back on the radio is sort of working on and off when it feels like it and my Apple CarPlay is doing the same. On my way home my radio was on. I made a call with voice dialing my radio shut off not to turn on back on again and my Apple CarPlay was turning on and off as I was trying to call Sirius to get the situation corrected. My car is not going back to that service center ever again. They must've screwed something up when they fixed the computer. They told me the computer crashed because I was not even be able to get a.m. or FM radio to play.
