AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I rarely do reviews, but leaving this here for the reference and safety of others. Rented a bike here via Ride Share and everything seemed to go well until day of rental, bike was having concerning issues on start up and the engine. Even brought it up back to the shop to where they dismissed it was a license plate issue causing intense rumbling. Very odd, but initially still felt trust. Anyways, rode it out into the valley when suddenly the engine would just fail to start. Contacted the rental owner and they promised they would make it right. At this point, the ride and bike was extremely unsafe and dangerous. Had to ride it back in these shakey conditions and didn't even bother turning off the engine due to the fear that the engine wouldn't start again. It was so random and unpredictable if the engine would even turn on when I was out in the valley, basically stranded. I returned the keys the next morning after managing to ride it back at the shop the same night. Max, who reviewed the bike intially was very helpful and receptive to the conditions of the bike, admitting that this has happened in the past and the Ducatti had a mind of its own. He promised a full refund within a few days. Now here is the part where it was so sketchy and shadey. He was really aggressive on wanting me to close the rental on my side as well as his. it's my first time using Ride Share, so i was unfamiliar with the app and how to get the refund. Over a week passes, and i follow up since there is still no refund. I try to call the shop but they keep ignoring and missing my calls, saying that Max is not there and etc. When I finally get a hold of him, he is extremely aggressive and rude. There is a complete 180 change in his response and demeanor towards me, accusing me of lying and saying that the bike is fine. AVOID THIS PLACE. They are extremely sketchy and scam artists. Look at the other reviews here in the past. They are misogynists and refused to cooperate. I had to file a dispute since there was never any action from Ride Share or the place. I 100% believe my life was on the line, yet they were completely fine renting the keys to me upon check in day 1. I definitely believe the owner was telling his coworker on the same day I returned the keys in a different language warning his employee of my situation before he came in. This place is a joke. Little do they know, I have video evidence of the bike failing to start and multiple eye witnesses. This place doesn't care about your safety and is all about the money read more

tl;dr: This is an unsafe company. Do NOT rent bikes from them. I rented a red Ducati Scrambler from Moto 4 All to ride with my friend. It looked fine, and seemed to start with no issue. We rode down Sunset Blvd, and I began to notice a loud hollow rattling sound emanating from the left side of the engine that got louder when deaccelerating. I pulled over but couldn't determine the source of the noise. Frankly, being new to Ducatis, I wasn't sure if it was expected behavior for them (spoiler: it wasn't). We continued down Sunset for a few more minutes. Approaching a stoplight, I began to tap the rear brake gently...and suddenly, the rear of the bike begin to slide out from under me. I let up, regained control, and gently tapped it again. Again, the bike began to slide. Regaining control once again, I pulled the front brake to avoid slamming into traffic that had stopped at the red light ahead. My riding buddy pulled up next to me as we rode, gesturing frantically. "You're leaking oil!" he shouted. Looking down, I saw plumes of smoke coming off the bike. I quickly pulled over and turned off the engine. The entire rear of the bike had been completely covered with oil. After pulling off onto the sidewalk and inspecting the situation, it still wasn't clear what had gone wrong, but the sheer volume of the oil on the road and on the bike made it obvious that a huge leak had sprung from somewhere. What's more, as I was on my knees looking at the bike, I noticed two fresh-looking grooves ground into the swingarm and exhaust chamber by the chain that accounted for the rattling sound I kept hearing. I think it's unlikely that these problems had anything to do with each other. We called Moto 4 All and asked for a replacement bike. The owner and an employee came out and got me on a different Scrambler. All in all, the amount of time lost was about two hours due to this event, which meant we would not be able to ride up into the hills as we'd planned. Pretty big bummer--but frankly, at this point I was happy to be safe and unhurt. The new bike ran fine, and we were able to finish our trip up to Malibu, then out to the desert and back over the next several days. However, upon returning to LA and getting gas, I was looking at the rear tire of the replacement Scrambler, and noticed that it had been worn so thin, the metal wiring was showing through in the middle. To be clear, I did not in any way subject this tire to undue stress. No burn outs, no skidding to a stop, reasonable speeds on turns, and in general. When I returned the bike, I mentioned to the employee that the tire was worn through, and her reply was to laugh, and say "That is the last trip for this tire". No shit. I guess answers for why I was riding two unsafe bikes around won't be forthcoming. And that's just it. These bikes are NOT SAFE. Oil splattering all over your rear wheel, and on the road behind you for your friend to ride into is NOT SAFE. Chains grinding against the frame are NOT SAFE. Worn tires are NOT SAFE. This business seems to have purchased a bunch of random bikes from folks, turned them around to rent, and utterly failed to do the minimum level of maintenance to ensure they are safe and reliable. Bikes aren't like cars. You can do a bad job maintaining a car, and if something bad happens, you'll likely still be okay. But when something goes wrong on a motorcycle, there's no seatbelt, no airbag, no protective cage around you to prevent you from getting badly hurt. It goes south very quickly. My friend and I were lucky this time. Increase your own luck by avoiding bikes owned by this business like the plague. read more

The rental went smooth. I booked a Ducati street fighter v4s. The bike was clean, and I thought it was good to go. Unfortunately I didn't check the mirror before I left. As I got about 20 minutes away I noticed the mirror swinging from the handle bar. I stopped and tried to tighten it but I didn't have an Allen key for it. The mirror fell off at some point during the ride and I couldn't recover it. They charged me $50 for the mirror that wasn't installed properly. Said I should have went back and picked it up. I have no idea where it fell off. This mirror was loose from the time I picked it up, but I failed to take notice during pre-rental inspection. That was my fault and the only reason I didn't give a 1 star review. I thought as a first time customer to Moto for all, they'd be a little more accommodating for a bike that cost me $340 to rent for one day. I disputed the $50 cost they put on my account but they said I should have turned around and picked up the mirror. Unfortunately I have no clue where it fell. I probably won't be returning to Moto for all because of this, and the fact that there's so many other rentals out there on riders share. It was worth a try and I learned my lesson. Make sure I do a good pre rental inspection next time. I was just excited to get on the bike and go so I missed the loose mirror. read more

I had a last minute change of plans and again they were really flexible and helped me out. I rented the BMW S1000R and it was in awesome shape.
