All have been with the same salesperson, Big Mike. I couldn't be happier. Before the first car we tried multiple dealerships. It was the mixed bag of awfulness that makes people like me dreading buying cars. Got a recommendation to go to Wilde and ask for Big Mike. Saved us. A year later, we needed a new car. Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Even so, once my free service is over, I probably won't drive an hour to get my car serviced.

On two occasions I confronted there service tech and had I not been knowledgeable.... the manager would not have apologized and took hundreds off the bill. I have hoping to buy a 4th vehicle from them but I have lost all respect for this dealership!

He cut the no frills of other service department run around and made recommendations for service with real authentic feedback. He also did extra digging to ensure previous work was documented. I appreciated the honesty which keeps my business even trying to ensure I was getting the best pricing. They also have a great waiting area for getting work done along with snacks and drinks. Of course they finish by giving your car an exterior wash which is always a nice touch.

Bill McCulley got everything approved right away at a payment I wanted! Ivan Greiner was very helpful and knowledgeable! My only issue and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I don't believe my car was actually cleaned. There was dirt and mud still on my tires as they were the day before. There was mud and dirt on the pedals. There were scuff marks on the drivers door and kick panel. There was residue from the window stickers still on the window. Just kinda disappointing. Otherwise, I highly recommend Honda City!

Spent over 6 weeks looking for a replacement car. We had a very specific model in mind…read more CMC wasn't coming up on searches until one day they dropped the price about $3k below market value on a 535 x drive. I was first disappointed to discover one of the headlights wasn't operating properly and had an error. I went in to say I'll pass (due to the light), they said light part is already on order. I said call me when fixed they said out put down a refundable deposit if your serious. I did they fixed, we picked up the cat today. They don't pressure wash and armor all the engine compartment so you can see what you're getting. Very laid back guys nearly zero pressure sales tactic. I took the car on nice long test drives and able to run complete scans on my own nobody hovering. The lot was packed they had a lot to choose from. They have a shop on site for minor repairs to fix a car before selling and have a "we pay half" policy for drive train malfunction within 30 days. (better deal than 95% off used dealers). Any car sold by any dealer can break don't be turned away from a 4 yr old review from bad luck. Used cars don't come with factory warranty.

We bought a used CRV from Car King. Within the first two weeks we had a transmission error code. It…read morerequired a new transmission for $3,000!? We took it to multiple dealerships to confirm this. Austin made us take it to his mechanic since he wanted a second opinion. They confirmed it needed a new transmission and Austin did nothing to cover the cost. We also needed to replace the rear brakes and calipers. The rear brake pads had no pads left. The rear caliper was seized. I have had over $4,000 of work into an $8,000 car within 1 month. There were no brake or transmission issues disclosed on the buyer's guide. Buyer beware of buying a car at Car King! You will have no support from them. Don't trust the buyer's guide disclosures.
