I had the absolute worst experience with this service. I left my bike with them to get a tire…read morechange and power wash and asked them to check if they could remove some details on my frame. I signed and approved an estimated cost of ~$300. When I returned to pick up my bike, they had charged me an additional $580 (4.5 hours of labor) to clean the frame without my approval. To make matters worse, they didn't even power wash the bike! All the oil on the cylinder was still intact. They didn't even bother to ask for my authorization before proceeding with the additional work. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy. The lack of communication and transparency is astounding, and the fact that they would charge me almost 4 times more than what I had agreed to is downright criminal. The Sales manager even challenged my math skills when I said that it was 3 times what I previously approve, so let's do the math: Budget approved ~$300. Tire change - Completed $210 Chain Lub - Completed $30 Power wash - Not completed $60 Total Service completed (excluding frame ) = $240 + tax = ~$250 Total bill paid $886.46 So I paid 2.54 times what I was expecting

To make a longer story short, I took my 1968 Camaro to Wally's speed shop to get some work done…read more After inspecting my car I was hit with a $5,500 estimate, to which I agreed to pay, 6-13-18. (Proof below). Two months later I was sent an invoice for $6,700. Owner of shop cited extra work that needed to be done as the reason. So I went in to pick up my car with $5,200 cash and paid the rest on my debit card. My car was dirty, had loose wires hanging by the pedals that I had to tuck myself, the front tires rubbed at full lockout due to new rotors in the front. I noticed a dent on my hood that was caused by the nut on the air cleaner not being tightened down. And worst of all, not a single lugnut was torqued down, I verified and torqued them all after one was found on the ground next to the tire after I brought the car home. I called the owner and told him I wasn't happy about going way over budget for such shotty work. He told me he would make it right but never did. I left a less than impressive review on the Facebook the other day and the owner decided to argue with me and ultimately told me that he only charged me $5500 instead of the $6700 I actually paid. Even as I sent him the emails and txt messages from when the work was completed. He also came up with every excuse in the book as to why the lugnuts were loose, And why their work was so bad. This business took me for a ride, charge me premium prices, only to pocket some cash. And lie about it later. If you value you car, or your pocketbook. Stay away from this business. (See photos below)
