They always remember what it's like to be a customer and when I have concerns they are cool enough to give me the low down on deals. It feels like I'm their cousin and they are giving me the inside scoop. They probably treat everyone great but I certainly felt like a vip and I only bought a simple dvd player. You know how you always hear of a Spanish speaking friend who "has a guy" for tires or for electronics, etc?...well these guys are "my guys" for a great car stereo and equipment. The location is really good too, right there on 10th Street by the police station kind of. Don't go anywhere else. I can't speak for all quality auto sounds but this place is super cool. If you go to best buy you get some geek kid who sells you some crap that best buy wants to move off the shelf. Quality auto sound in Greeley is not like that, they ask you what you're looking for and then match you with what works best. Case in point, they had much better units to sell me but they asked about my life and learned I had kids and suggested a unit that was more robust and it was. There was one minor issue and I brought it in and they taught me how to get past it without any pressure to buy a better unit or rip me off in a warranty. I come all the way from longmont to go to this place, that's how awesome Josh the manager is. Anyway the place is great, go and see for yourself. And no, I don't work there, just really really pleased with them.

Told him they couldn't find any problems and the Pioneer was locked so there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Let me start by saying the folks here are nothing short of amazing. Every single person I…read moreencountered there was personable and made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. It's crazy the difference between. This business and another collision center that I dealt with a couple weeks prior. Unfortunately my wife and I had both of our cars damaged within weeks of each other. I made the mistake of going with another company even though I had been recommended to JD's. I have since learned my lesson and will never use any other business besides them. I have to admit I am a tough customer and when it came to the idea of having someone repair my 2024 Raptor R scared me. I didn't want some repair that people could look at and tell that something had happened. They out that worry to rest. I was blown away by their level of detail and they even had to order some additional parts because of damage that I couldn't see. They gave me timely updates and even got the truck back to me sooner than expected. The cherry on top was that it came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I am not just saying they washed the truck (which they did). I am pretty sure they even vacuumed they truck and were able to get dog hair out that even I hadn't been able to get and I keep my truck showroom ready except for the floor mats. That's where they really took it a notch above. They cleaned my floor mats to where they looked brand new. I know that doesn't seem like much but it's the little things like that combined with the big things (exceptional repair) that make this team the best of the best. Thank you to everyone here for taking care of my baby. My wife says I love my truck more than her and while I am not saying that is true, they sure made the playing field pretty even. I was lucky and had insurance pay for all the repairs but if in the future, if I ever have to pay for repairs out of pocket the value they provide would far exceed any cost.

They were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable! They made the process effortless and really took the time to listen to my concerns. We got the car back good as new.
