A week later we called to see the status of the tube. They forgot to place the order. Another week and we called back. They were unable to get the tube. So we did not achieve our goal of getting it fixed. They said we can order the tube ourselves and bring it in for fixing. And they did not offer the deposit back. It was like 20$. It is undetermined if I will return. I like to support local businesses. Maybe once they get their electric scooter plan fully implemented I can try again.

He also took the time to explain all the safety rules to follow and to make sure we had our protective gear on properly as well as to provide us with panchos which came in very handy and bottled water! Meeting them alone was worth the price but we took the scooters and rode to Golden Colorado for dinner at the Sherpa Restaurant after riding up to Buffalo Bill's grave and Lookout Mountain which was beautiful going up and a lot of fun to ride down. All in all I would say David and Jane made our day / evening by renting the scooters to us and with their wonderful personalities and evening! I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.
