I went into this business today because I am in the market for a motorcycle. Not sure if I want to buy new or used, is the exact reason I visited this business. I entered the store there was one person working in the way back, nobody greeted me initially. After about three or four minutes of looking around one gentleman comes out and says if you have any questions let me know. The interaction was very brief a little bit rushed didn't seem very personable. I seen a bike that I liked, I didn't realize that it had already been sold, there was a sold tag on it but it's very small. I turn the ignition switch on the bike just to check out the headlights etc. that is when the person working said turn off the lights, I replied sure no problem I was just wanted to see the lights. This person had a very poor attitude just was not very professional nor personable as I mentioned before. So I decided at that moment I was going to leave and as I left I said terrible customer service. He followed me outside as I was in my vehicle about to drive off came up to my window and said what did you say? So I replied to him that he had terrible customer service. He then went on to say some insulting things and he got real uppity like he was going to do something he did have a knife in his pocket that I can see he was highly agitated so I decided to tell him some choice words as well Because at this point I was highly offended. At the end of the day this guy is a very loose cannon you should be careful because he never knows who he's messing with. At the end of the day they will never in my business as long as this person works there, heck he could even be the owner for all I know. Anyway basically this guy tried to fight me called me a bunch of names, so ridiculous anybody that treats a potential customer that way should never have a business or never be allowed to offer services to anybody. I would never ever ever ever buy anything from this place and I suggest nobody else do the same. Of course they're going to have their same repeat customers that maybe had a great experience with them but for the most part this person knew me from nothing and decided that he was going to treat me that way to heck with this business read more

this place is a joke!!! do not i mean do not do business with these people i sent my brand new 2015 street glide here to do a simple handle bar change and they completely destroyed my bike scratched my bars up, burnt up everything electrical & forgot to bleed my clutch they had my bike for three weeks and then had to send it to harley davidson cause they couldn't even do it with out fucking it up and to top it off they wont even give me my money back.. do not buy a bike from here either i could only imagine what they have done to them.. leroys chop shop! read more

Wanted to purchase a bike from them but I'm out of town and called to get some info.The owner Kevin was arrogant and short on any relevant info.I have a good friend that lives in L.V. that I use to ride a lot with that said he would go look at the bike.I asked him if he would have them bring the bike outside to see what the crazy paint looked like in the daylight and start it.Kevin cops an attitude with my friend and says he won't take it outside and the battery is dead.I called him gives me the same crap.I have owned over fifteen motorcycles and many were purchased from a dealer never had any one act like that.Hope you have a better experience then I did this guy is a real piece of work.Go across the street to Red Rock. read more

I wish their was a NO star option, went here with my husband to look at a bike that we saw on the Internet and it wasn't even close to what it was. But my frustration was the customer service we received, we weren't dressed up or anything because it was an unexpected stop by. No one came to help us, as soon as they saw us they went back to what they were doing, and when I had a question or an inquiry about a bike I had to knock on the sales guy door (his office is by the door with his small dog) with him giving me this evil look and ask my question. Now mind you not once he stood up then we asked about a certain bike that we looked at he tells my husband Oh your not going to like that bike .... WOW... I told my husband let's get out of here I am not going to spend our hard earned money for a shit ass service. I got my husband a Harley Davidson thanks to the next shop we stopped at, I would never recommend buying a bike from here. read more

I spent about a grand having my bike "tuned up and the brakes done", after receiving the bike and taking for a test ride the front caliper fell off, once that seemed to be repaired ( I just noticed 1 of the caliper bolts missing again!!!) the bike was running like shit, they said they could rebuild the carb, well the bike still runs like shit. read more
