The mechanic who did this INTENSIVELY looked over the wheels of my car and found these to be the only problems. Said I needed just an alignment which he was unable to do. So I went to TGK to have this done. They charged me $130 for an alignment. RIDICULOUS and it's CROOKED STILL!!!! Not only did they fail to do a proper alignment, they claimed I had loose lower ball joints. If this was to be true then my mechanic would have been able to see that. I'm not dumb, he's not dumb. But apparently TGK thinks we are! The only way that would be true is if THEY intentionally loosened them thinking I'm just a dumb kid. Wont ever be coming back here. They offered me $50 off my next visit to "mAkE tHiNgS rIgHt" because they saw I left a bad review on google maps. Should just be giving me the proper alignment I paid $130 for with no extra charge.
