The mechanic who did this INTENSIVELY looked over the wheels of my car and found these to be the only problems. Said I needed just an alignment which he was unable to do. So I went to TGK to have this done. They charged me $130 for an alignment. RIDICULOUS and it's CROOKED STILL!!!! Not only did they fail to do a proper alignment, they claimed I had loose lower ball joints. If this was to be true then my mechanic would have been able to see that. I'm not dumb, he's not dumb. But apparently TGK thinks we are! The only way that would be true is if THEY intentionally loosened them thinking I'm just a dumb kid. Wont ever be coming back here. They offered me $50 off my next visit to "mAkE tHiNgS rIgHt" because they saw I left a bad review on google maps. Should just be giving me the proper alignment I paid $130 for with no extra charge. I went there before going to Tiremaxx and had them go over a car I had just bought just to see what…read morethe car would need and how long I had before it had to be done. They looked at it and told me Few things I needed to take care of in the next few Months. I specifically asked them about the battery since it was November and I wanted to make sure I had a car that started. They told me I had at least half the life of my battery left. Yep, next morning, the car won't start. No I didn't leave the lights on . I took it out myself, drove over to battery's plus and had them test it. Was told i was definitely in need of a new one. Put the new one in and drove over there just to let them know I was very disappointed since they knew I was looking for someone I could trust. The look I received as one of disgust and irritation. Needless to say, I kept looking for a home town mechanic I can trust.
