Brought a collision repair GSXR-750 to John at motorcycle addicts and he got me right. Bike looks unrecognizable from when I brought it to him, made it look like it never even happened. These mechanics are good people, they'll take care of ya and do the job right.

I went to this motorcycle Addicts because i have problem with my akrapovic exhaust that i brought from my friend and it's not compatible with my z900 and the guy with beard he looks at it and said i can put it on for 350$ labor and 165$ for welder he can weld the spacer on the akrapovic he said becase the slip on is 63mm and i'm trying to put in on 51mm he said total 515$ for all come back tomorrow all done he said, but i said ok i will come back i will save some money for that first and i'm about to leave he came to Me and asking me if i want to buy his sc project not original slip on exhaust pipe he said you can install it by your self believe me he said, but i told him that i don't think so because the mid pipe is far then he said i can install it for 250$ i will cut all the unnecessary bots and (i will Make it sure it will fit properly and strap it) so i said can you make it 300$ for all instead 350$ to install and pipe he said yes i will, so he work on my bike and when he putting the sc project pipe he said (i cannot strap and he said i cannot do it with this chinese mid link pipe), i told him that's what i'm saying first of all that's why i agreed to you that you do it because you saw it already it's not really fit and you said you can do it to fit it and he know it's not really looking good and it's not safe because there's no strap on it, my pipe was hanging and away from the body of my motorcycle, then i told him i will come back tomorrow much better maybe we can weld it instead the he said it cost me a lot to that he said i said i will pay the welder just to look better, but he don't like it he said i will do what i can do just to put this pipe only and he knows that he cannot do properly but he still did just to earn money he don't care about you or your fucking bike just money they he put everything my pipe was hangin and i paid them before i go he said by him (self i don't like it how it was but sounds good) he knows it's not right, them before i go he said do you want to put it back the way you came here??? I said yeah because it's bot really right and not really good, then he took my bike inside then he start getting agitated and looks so mad, i told him can i buy the sc project slip on instead he said nope and because he is agitated he almost drop my motorcycle when he was jacking my motorcycle when i saw it i know that he will not do good on my motorcycle to put it back on that i was, so i just said don't worry just leave it like that keep my money and i will go then he said sure yea sure because i don't want him to do some shit again to my motorcycle ,,,, I will not recommend to go here and talk to the Guy with beard i think his name is ALEX he pretend to know what he is doing then he gonna make some deal to you after that he gonna complain everything that suppose he knows before he took the deal, then at the end his work is full of shiit.. just don't go here wasting money. If i know that he will just gonna literally put it on the elbow and the slip on i did it my self already he charge me for 200$ for that holy shiit,,

    She feels brand new!

I dropped off two motorcycles with this shop, an RG500 and an RS250. My RS250 has now been sitting there for approximately 11 months, and despite that extraordinary amount of time, no meaningful work has been completed on the bike. What makes this especially unacceptable is watching other motorcycles continue to come into the shop and apparently get moved ahead of mine. Mickey keeps bringing in additional bikes while mine gets pushed further and further to the back of the line. After 11 months, there is simply no reasonable excuse for continuing to accept additional work while an existing customer's motorcycle sits untouched. If a shop accepts a motorcycle, it should either perform the work within a reasonable period of time or be upfront with the customer that it does not have the capacity to do the job on the front side. Holding someone's motorcycle for nearly a year while continually taking in other work is completely unacceptable. To compound the issue, it appears Pancho has parted ways with the company and he was the only real mechanic that could complete the work These are not ordinary motorcycles. An RG500 and RS250 are valuable, collectible machines, and I entrusted them to this shop expecting professional service, reasonable communication, and some respect for my place in their workload. Instead, my experience has been delay after delay while other bikes continue to move through the shop. Eleven months is more than enough patience. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Mickey Cohen Motorsports. Based on my personal experience, I would not bring another motorcycle here, and I absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone who expects their motorcycle to actually be worked on within a reasonable amount of time. If you are considering leaving your motorcycle here, I strongly suggest you think twice. My RS250 has been there for 11 months. That fact alone should tell you everything you need to know about my experience. I sent a text to Mickey telling to to ensure the bike is in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off. We will see if he responds.

To be completely honest, I was ready to leave a 1-star review after my first visit…read more The cashier was the only bright spot during my time in the store. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. Hopefully, the service department improves, because the rest of the experience and especially the way management responded earned my respect.
