Motogp Werks Rocks! Period. Came here Monday to drop my 08 R6 off to get tuned. Chris told it would be done by Wednesday as he was kinda busy with few bikes, but I threw a curve in there and said that I need my fork seals replaced as well. He then gave me a time frame of Friday maybe but a for sure next week. I was totally OK with that cause I didnt need the bike back in a hurry. Wednesday comes around I receive a terrible call telling me that my forks are bent and could not be resealed but good news is I got the dyno done. I about lost my mind on thinking what to do about it. I ended up searching the Internet for some forks and picked up some that night. Today I had work in the morning so I had my buddy drop off the forks at around 9-930 and received a call from the shop that he got the forks and that the bike would be done today. Got off work and headed to shop, getting there around 5 p.m. near closing time and sure enough the bike was done! and at a very awesome price that no one could beat. Awesome Awesome guy! Great Work! Simply the best tuner in town. He gets very busy at times but I they're not under the gun to meet a deadline, you get all the attention in the world from Motogp Werks. Here are some examples of they're dedication to customer service: I had a Honda rebel and need tons of work. Chris took the time to show me how to work on it myself in his shop to save money in the future on basic service maintenance. I got into a motorcycle accident 80 miles from his shop and Chris dropped everything to pick me up, tow my bike back to his shop, and gave the adjuster all the service records he had on my bike. I broke a part on my bike and he gave me a replacement he had in his shop in the mean time until i could get it replaced. Just picked up a CB550 S.S. exhaust. Impecable caftmanship on the pipe, Heavy gauge stainless and the fit an finish was spot on. I couldn't be happier. I got a chance to bench race with Chris an check out what he's been working on. I was in the market for a used bike and called Motogp Werks up to inspect. Chris was more than helpful to meet early on a Saturday morning to inspect the bike. Furthermore, he also recommended add-ons and customization tips! He did not try to sell me anything or push any services from his shop, respect. I found the shop to be very cool. I took my Honda CBR 1000 RR in as it would not turn over and start when using the starter. I paid $425.00 for the following service: Labor $382.50 with a discount of $22.75: *Clean fuel tank and fuel pump, & replace filter *Remove fairings, fuel tank, airbag spark plugs *Trace electrical issue *Charge battery *Replace the start switch *A full day of work Parts with tax $65.25: Used part, no charge for retrieving. Chris notified me of other issues with my motorcycle. The shop hours say it opens at 7am, but they opened late the two days I was there. Showing up at 7:30 instead is advised. read more

Definitely my go to from now on, Chris is a phenomenal guy , I was in a hit and run a few weeks back and I took my SR400 to be looked at , Chris took one look and just started manipulating parts back into their proper places solving like 70% of my problems. He even educated me on where I could go to get parts for my bike , when I tried to compensate him for his time, he just said he liked helping people out and had me go on my way. You know when you just know your bike will be okay? Well that's how you feel the minute you meet Chris and the pros at Motogp Werks. These guys did a superb job of installing a Taylor Made exhaust on my 2012 BMW s1000rr sportbike. Afterwards, they saved me a trip from LA by taking my bike down the street from Motogp Werks to a suspension shop. After the suspension was done, I came down and picked up the bike, then went by Motogp Werks and paid Chris - this was almost two weeks after they did the exhaust installation. Not once did they call and pester me for the money. Their work is professional, the atmosphere in the shop is casual. Everywhere you look are amazing custom built bikes, world championship race bikes, and leathers worn by pro racers. Chris has been a mechanic and/or engineer and/or engine builder for Red Bull MotoGP, Dakar, Daytona 200, Isle of Man, FMF, Yoshimura, and Kawasaki. I think even this one star is too much. Walked in to have my bike repaired, and the Ozzy guy had some major attitude. He told me he was backed up until summer and that he couldn't work on my bike I asked if I can buy a battery from him just so I can get my bike started and get it a home and he said he doesn't have batteries and I have to for I Pepe boyz to buy one. He is very rude and doesn't understand the concept of customer service. He was referred by a friend but at this point , I rather not deal with his attitude ever again. I ended up towing my bike out of his shop. Not someone who knows how to run a business. Stay away!!!!!! read more

Brought my 2014 Triumph Thruxton to Chris to get re-tuned after I had a custom exhaust installed and the bike was running really lean and bogging out at 2000-3000 RPM's. Not only did he get the bike running perfectly but fixed a few other minor issues he noticed to make sure everything was safe for riding! Fortunately I found Chris at Motogp Werks whose shop is just a few miles from where I live so I don't need to go across town to the Harley dealership to service my Nightster. Chris tuned the bike when I first bought it making it run much smoother and faster, and I have also been in the shop for little electrical things. His understanding of the mechanics of a motorcycle can not be surpassed, and his compulsion to have things working at their best fits the way I like my vehicles to run. I always find him friendly and ready to talk bikes if he is not too busy, and never feel financially gouged when I leave. I'll keep it short and sweet. I usually do not like giving bad reviews to people but I just feel this shop deserves one. All three times I went there the owner was pretty rude and seemed too busy to deal with me and my bike even though I had spoke with him on the phone and made an appointment before I came in. When I got my bike back is wasn't tuned at all, was damaged and took over twice as long as the three days originally quoted. my buddy, who picked up the bike, tried to give him my c/c but instead he asked him to have me send a check. Unaware he did not run my c/c, i recieved a phone call about a week later having him threaten my assistant and physical damage to my place of business and myself if I don't "pay up." When I returned his call to explain there had been a misunderstanding and give him a c/c over the phone, he refused, demanded I personally deliver a check, cursed and hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional and quite frankly a little hot headed. I wont ever bring my bike anywhere near his shop again. If I were you, I'd stay away. He's probably too busy to deal with your bike anyway read more
