I was working with the owner Robert since he was selling out of his Garage and I'm so happy to see how he has grown his business. And rightfully so. Robert is a stand-up person. Super fair and an absolute delight to work with. He is honest, fair, and has always done right by me. I have amazing memories riding atv's with my kids and taking my wife and daughter and son out for spins on the motorcycle because Robert made it easy for me to make this happen. I truly appreciate Fusion Powersports and I'm super happy they are a part of our North Pauling community. I looki forward to doing more business with them in the future... eying a golf cart now!!

Disappointing experience and waste of time…read more.. I spoke to an overall friendly salesperson, Grayson, about a bike they had advertised online. Even though there were hidden fees for 'destination' and 'assembly & prep', I agreed to the total. Then, per Grayson's suggestion, I searched around and sorted out my own shipping service. I called first thing in the morning to make the transaction and I was told that they would not ship the bike without assembling it first (which would significantly increase the shipping cost). The funny thing is, the bike is already in the shipping box! Next I spoke with Jimmy, the sales manager, and was told that they *have to* assemble it first (fine, go ahead) but they're unwilling to then disassemble it for shipping. Again, it's already in the shipping box. They claimed that they couldn't "risk it" so I even went above and beyond and called Yamaha (the manufacturer), and figured out a way they could ship to my local dealer, so there would be no liability for them. Supposedly, Jimmy spoke to the owner who (after everything I went through between salesperson, sales manager, the manufacturer, and the shipping company) said they wouldn't ship to me at all. In the end, the final verdict was: "we don't want your business."

It's been in the shop for approximately 7 + months! They are not reputable people!! After the 6 month repair he had to pull it to the dock by swimming, yes he test rode it in the cold Smith Lake waters to make sure it was repaired. And still a piece of junk. Go somewhere else, but check all ratings first on any of them!

I decided to turn around and go back in and take some pictures because I was looking at purchasing a four wheeler for my daughter and again no one spoke to me greeted me, or asked me if I needed any help. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere as you should too. There were several employees who are not helping anyone and yet I still got the cold shoulder.

I found it a great place to buy a motorcycle. Skeeter took great care of me with my bike purchase. They have a great supply of used bikes due to being a national chain. They also found me an excellent interest rate for the financed part. Highly recommend this place, check them out. I will update this review as I purchased the 3 year warranty and got the battery warranty free. Doubt I'll have a battery issue in 3 years but I will report back. There were definitely deceptive sales tactics in there. The same day, I called Shoals Outdoor Sports who had the exact same model, brand new, similarly equipped with accessories. I purchased that unit as-is with all accessories PLUS a two-year extended warranty for just $500 more than the offer I made to RideNow. They said that we couldn't use the warranty anymore which we took the four wheeler before the warranty expired. We told them to work on the four wheeler where it needed work. Instead of that they changed the battery even when it was good and they gave us a bad one. They changed all the screws and stuff. Till this day 10/12/24 we have to still bring it back to lake guntersville Powersports. I don't recommend to buy anything from here. They say that they are going to fix it and stuff but turns out when I get home it's not good.
