I have dealers that are closer to my home, but I make the trip to Paradise to get the service I need. Once, I had an expensive part put on my bike (a cam chain tensioner), and had forgotten I had also put in a high output oil pump. When I when to upgrade to a new cam, I thought I needed the oil pump, but when they found my new pump, the kept my newer pump, and didn't charge me for the part I didn't need. Which means, to me? It feels like the same, typical dealer experience as everywhere else. Zero follow up and all they care about is a quick sale. Even after being a loyal customer, that's spent THOUSANDS of dollars at their previous shop. UPDATE: Markee finally called me back a few weeks after posting this. But to be honest, I kind of moved on from the bike.

They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. Customer service is next level and as it should be everywhere, everyone there is polite and very professional, and, Bill the owner is certainly one of the nicest, most honest and fair business owners that you will ever meet. I have purchased several motorcycles (Husqvarna and even one GasGas) from Bill and/or his team to which all have been an outstanding experience and a "seamless" process. Also, you get some oil, a plug, etc., with the bike and an awesome BMP Hoodie. They all possess an encyclopedia level of knowledge about motorcycles, concerns, upgrades, set-up, or anything related to the bikes they sell. I have had numerous bikes serviced at the shop and have never had any issue with the work. I have bought various parts and accessories in the store at great prices, and even in a pinch via BMP store on-line when I was stationed in another state. Cycle gear and other…read moreshops usually have a 2-7 day wait list running $60-$80 for front&rear tire change & balance. Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.

Went through the pre ride checks and then took it for a test. Steven was patient and easy going. Decided to go ahead. Paperwork took a long time considering that it wasn't terribly busy. They did say they were short handed, but there were only two other customers in the place... There was a little bit of a sales pitch for warranties and service plans that didn't make me super happy but we got through it and I rode the bike home. Overall good experience.
