We purchased a Kawasaki ATV at a "motosports sales center" in Hillsboro OR last year and it…read moreconsistently suffered from backfiring and difficulties starting. We took it back for repairs and they told us that it was "bad gas" and they said they drained the fuel tank and refilled it with new higher octane gasoline. The backfiring continued until one day it just wouldn't start at all. I also drained the tank myself and refilled it with a new tank of high octane fuel but to no avail. Because Hillsboro is pretty distant and I wasn't very impressed by their service department's failure to fix the problem that had been plaguing the machine since purchase, I decided to take it to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Motorcycles for service. Dalton, the service representative I initially contacted and worked with throughout the service visit was very personable and great to deal with. He was honest about the delays in service due to the high demand season and large number of recreational vehicles needing repair. After drop-off, Dalton kept in contact with updates on the service schedule and called promptly when the repair was finished. Because the repair took less time than the normal 2 hour mechanic's assessment period I was actually charged less than the normal minimum fee I was quoted at the onset. The ATV was clean and had been washed prior to my arrival. I was urged to give it a good test drive to insure there were no residual issues before loading it up to bring home. The ATV started right up, ran smoothly and I was able to drive it right up into the bed of my pickup truck using their convenient loading ramp/platform in the parking lot. Overall, I was very satisfied by the service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Beaverton Motorcycles and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ATV repairs.

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

From the very first inquiry after finding the bike online to after-the-sale interactions to complete paperwork and arrange for for the shipment to California, I really have received top notch service. Todd in particular was friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable, clearly passionate about motorcycles, no-BS no-pressure kinda guy who took the time to pick me up at the airport and drop me off after we were done. Everybody else at MotoCorsa was super-friendly and this dealership and the used-bike department have an awesome selection of fine riding machines. If you're into Italian motorcycles, this is the place to go to!

I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me. That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine. Anyways .... The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call...... So.... The bikes amazing. Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no). Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !

Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.
