These guys are great! Had another shop install new whell bearings which I brought into them. Made it maybe 10 miles and one of the rear wheel bearings blew, causing all kinds of damage. These guys had to do a lot of repair work to the hub, plus correctly installing a new set of wheel bearings. They also.had to machine some parts to make everything fit back together. During my tire swap an quick inspection was done, I required brakes and a new chain. I'm grateful they had the time to do the extra work while my bike was in. Got my new bike and was not too experienced with the maintenance and mechanics. Every place that I called was ready to charge me extremely high prices right away. I did my research and looked up multiple places and called for quotes. I finally called Scott and over the phone he sounded a million times more informed than others that I spoke with. He let me know that other places were charging way more than they should, and for the same service his shop charges much less. Dropped my bike off to get a couple of tires and an oil change and my front brakes flushed. Prices were great And the staff was extremely friendly. However, didn't really treat my bike with respect IMO. A lot of bike shops wash your bike for you when you get a service done at least in my experience. When I piked up my bike the whole right side of it was covered in excess brake fluid... so much excess that it is dripping from my skid plate as I write this review. I'll probably give them one more chance because they seem extremely nice but I'm not to impressed with the way my bike was treated. Hope next time is better read more

I just started riding a few months ago. Bought a used Kawasaki Vulcan 500 but lacked the skill/tools to do maintenance on it. Took here to get basic oil service/safety check. I picked up my KLR650 today. Needed a tube replacement for my front tire. Looked for reviews and saw were really good for this place. I liked the fact that said they would have me in and out right away while I waited. The tech I felt with was very nice. I decided to throw in an oil change. With that the do their all point inspection. Felt good about that. Walked down the street and had a beer and came backr Interesting to me when they are done, they place your bike on display on a walnut hardwood floor in their show rather than stick it out back. I thinking what are selling it? :) ha ha ha. When I came back the owner Scott was there. He is very schooled knows his stuff. Honestly I was kind of taken back by his personality. He was way way straight forward nearly lecturing about maintaining appropriate PSI. The guy takes a bit of getting use to I think. Here is what really impressed me. I have dual head lights in one casing. My regular filament was out so have just been driving it on the high-beam. I forgot to mention. They actually caught that and replaced it. I had it towed in and forgot my helmet so took the bus home and picked it up the next day. Scott had no problem with that. I forgot to mention too that my side saddle back rack screw will not stay in for what ever reason. Scott immediately diagnosed and said I need an Allen wrench screw 2OMM shorter with back locking nut. He sent two stores down to pick up the screw and lock nut. Think it cost me a dollar. I came back to pop it on before hopping on the bus. While I was working on it the tech came out offered to help. It took him a couple of minutes. That problem completely. I am able to discern MotoZone provides excellent quality of service above and beyond. If you are expecting to get warm and fuzzy treatment from the owner, that just ain't going to happen. But heck I would not give a flip if the guy started throwing tomatoes at me with kind of outstanding service he provides. Ha Ha Ha. I would highly recommend to any. read more

Spent alot of money with this company, even sent a friend until "DAVE" screwed up a fork job on my streetbike (cutting corners on a $9.00 part) then re-done, being that I only ride my bike average of once a month it was a few rides later I found the FORKS WERE LEAKING AGAIN! Called Dave several times, wouldn't return my call. Even had a pick up time for my dirtbike (after referring a cash customer) NO CALL NO SHOW! They have a 30 day warranty, but for a fork job to leak oil after 2 repairs the 30 day policy should be overlooked but the owner (Mike), after agreeing to look at bike, changed his tune to the extent i would have to pay them again, no compromise! I assured him I would go to the Attorney Generals office, the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce to report this companys shaky business practices! I treated Dave well, tipped well, even gave him cases of his favorite beer only to be treated poorly. I'm not a hard guy to please but I have written 2 books on Consumer Compliance, so this wasn't a wise move for this company! My advice, go to CARTER MOTORSPORTS down the block. They're professional and don't evade responsibility for their work. They cost a little more but remember, you ALWAYS get what you pay for! Take my advice SKIP MOTOZONE! read more

I just didn't have the time so I dropped it off at motozone because I have ben ripped in the past by other large dealerships in town. This business was honest and took care of the bike for me at a fair price. Gave me all of the old parts that was replaced and made sure I was satisfied.
