We had the pleasure of working with Nas who came for an extensive complimentary consultation. She spent about 2 hours with us going over all the options and working out a design on her computer. The price she quoted was very reasonable, and she offered an extra 10% off if we paid using a credit card rather than financing. Several weeks later Alex and Greyson arrived for the installation which took two full days. They couldn't have been friendlier and were very respectful of the home by wearing booties and laying down tarps to protect the floors and carpets. There was one small error - the handles we wanted were installed in the wrong color. One quick call to Nas, and she arranged for the installers to return the following week with the correct color. They insisted on not accepting our final payment until the issue was rectified. The overall quality of the items seems better than I expected, and the doors all have soft close hinges as a standard feature which often costs extra elsewhere. The receptionist was apologetic and had to track her down. Nazarena eventually called me at 4:15 PM and arrived around 4:30 PM, later admitting that she had written down the wrong appointment time. When she arrived, I explained that I needed to leave by 5:15 PM for another commitment. Despite the shortened appointment window caused by her late arrival, I tried to explain my vision for the project. What surprised me was the lack of design input. As a homeowner, I'm hiring a designer because I want professional ideas, creativity, and recommendations. Instead, I felt like I was expected to provide most of the direction. Nazarena took measurements and worked on a rough design and quote. Before leaving, she confirmed my email address and told me she would send everything later that day. As of the following day, I had received no email, phone call, or text message. This was especially disappointing given the earlier scheduling issue. My wife and I are investing in what we consider our forever home. We're not financing the project and are prepared to pay for quality work and service. Throughout this process, I've met with several designers, contractors, and builders, and most have been attentive, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope Closet Factory addresses these communication and customer service issues because first impressions matter, especially when customers are making significant investments in their homes.

My mother needed to move back to the east coast from Las Vegas within a four-week window. Her home was filled with decades worth of collectibles. Ginger had to figure out how to move massive sculptures and a large collection of Orr pottery. After exhausting the supply of art dealers to help us with the packing of the pottery, Ginger said, " I can do this." And she did. Her packing of the pottery was expertly done. Every piece arrived in perfect condition. This was after the boxes were moved as many as 10 times, in and out of trucks, between different facilities in the cross country moving trucks. Aside from the museum quality packing, she was resourceful for every aspect of the moving process. Ginger organized the kitchen and closet boxes with a fine-tuned number system so that when everything arrived items were easy to locate. Ginger is a wonderful person to be around. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. I was upfront and explained that the entire house needed a deep cleaning and that it hadn't been professionally cleaned in quite some time. Based on that information, they quoted me approximately $385, which I accepted. What caught me off guard was that once the cleaners arrived, I was told the job would take significantly longer and that I would need to pay nearly double the original quoted amount if I wanted the deep cleaning completed. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but I felt this should have been addressed during the initial phone consultation when they were gathering information and providing the estimate. To their credit, the office did allow the cleaners to stay an additional 10 minutes at no extra charge, but realistically that did very little to resolve the issue. The main concern wasn't the extra 10 minutes--it was that the expectations and pricing changed after the cleaners were already at my home. The cleaners themselves were courteous and professional, but I ultimately didn't feel the cleaning met my expectations for a deep-clean service, especially considering the price. If the company believes a home requires substantially more time than the initial estimate, I think that should be communicated before the appointment or after an in-person assessment--not after the service has already begun. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and don't feel the service provided matched the expectations that were set during booking. Go read other negative reviews and you'll find the same type of complaints. My advice? I would look for a different "professional" cleaning company that takes the time to give accurate estimates in person.
