This place has been around for awhile. You can get a reasonably priced lab created diamond jewelry. Nothing wrong with lab created, if you sat a pair of earrings side by side they sparkle just the same. I referred a friend here back in 2006 and the ring he bought his gf still sparkles like a mined diamond. I think the same lady works there and she is always nice. read more

The clerk was kind enough in trying to find something to temporarily hold my ring in place for security, but you cant put costume jewelery next to the real thing, so it didn't work for my purposes. Was told I was buying a gold plated sterling silver ring STAMPED 925 and it turned my finger green after 2 weeks.

I received my bracelet and it was not repaired. I took it to a local jeweler and he repaired it where it broke and it had another spot that was about to brake. It cost me $40 to repair it. Then I asked the jeweler to check if the diamonds were lab created diamond as I was told at the store. I was surprised when he told me they are CZ not lab created. The owner of this business is a liar along with his staff. I guess I did my research afterwards and found out if they would've been lab created diamonds it would've cost me more than $175. I overpaid for this bracelet and it broke again this morning where it was repaired. The bracelet is poor quality jewelry. I'll have to take my loss. But I will contact BBB, whoever I have to and make sure these people don't get business.! read more

I went into this store to buy myself a gift with the money one of my customers gave me to spend on myself while on vacation. When I entered the store the female owner was telling me that their store was rated #1 on everything. And I do mean everything. Even said it was the #1 store through the chamber of commerce for Siesta Key. If that is true the chamber has not done their job. I asked to look at a piece of jewelry that didn't have a price on it and when she told me how much it was I politely said, no, that's too much. She got loud and told me that I was not at the $10 store! She went on to degrade me in every way possible. I have stage 4 lung cancer so I tried to not get upset and have a breathing attack. Let me tell you what. That lady better be glad I found Jesus because the old Tina would have jumped over that counter and punched her in the throat! She told me that she sold 100 rings a day because they were such good jewelry makers! How dare I say something was too high! She kept on blabbering and degrading me and so I said if you sell 100 rings a day she didn't need my $50! On my way out she yelled "Bye Virginia"!!! And slammed the door. I flipped her the bird from the street. I couldn't believe the way she acted. I felt that she was into witchcraft and had several pieces of jewelry that proved that theory! The male owner was THE rudest, most disrespectful human being I've ever met! No one should do business at the "company", ever! I was shocked at the owners' blatant display of their current political beliefs plasted all over the door to their shop with the implication that you weren't very intelligent if you believed otherwise--I took my money elsewhere. The owners are certainly within their rights to their political leanings but I draw the line at giving them my money if they feel I'm too stupid to live. Let me preface this with saying that the mask mandate in Sarasota county lifted yesterday 2/25. We came in the store (maskless) and the lady working the counter did not even look our way or greet us. I was on my honeymoon and I wanted to get some sort of jewelry momento to commemorate the trip. As I approached the store, I noticed that the door was covered in political signage that was particularly aggressive. Thus, before entering the store, I turned to my husband and said "that's not the way to get someone to come into your store." As we turned away to explore other stores in the village, a store employee was sitting on a bench outside of the store unbeknownst to me. There is a couple (assumingely the owners) who were working when we went into this store. What a horrible experience. I'm still trying to make sense of it. These people treated us so horribly. I'm not sure if they are just crazy or something really triggered them. They were scary. They were very bothered that the teenagers with us were wearing masks. They told them to leave and never come back. Then they turned to my friend and I and said "you know what, you get out too". It was the weirdest experience I think I've ever had in a store. They went from polite to scary in a short second. They treated my daughter and her friend like they were evil entities or something. They are really great kids.
