Easy to find being across the road from Vicious Biscuit and next door to Red Drum. They have parking right behind the office. The office is clean, efficient and the lady at the desk super helpful. My appointment was on time. Dr. Jodi Kennedy spent a good fifteen minutes gathering information for her assessment and then did a physical examination of my back and neck which took another fifteen minutes. I found her to be confident, thorough and meticulous in her skills. She then explained the normal workings of a healthy spine versus my spine with the use of the skeletal mannequin. She allowed plenty time for questions and concerns. She then set to work on my back & shoulder. Gentle but with purpose she aligned my joints. Amazing experience I have to say. She set out the plan of goals for further visits and estimated that I may need a couple of more visits for adjustments. She also informed me that they have two massage therapists on site that I may use should I wish. She advised me to think about it since my back shoulders & neck are so tight. Note though, no pressure to do anything. This practice focuses heavily on manual, chiropractic skills. If you are looking for machinery and radiological services, you will not find that here. Fantastic service all round and I am very happy I found them. So if you are having issues and do not want to be on relaxers or narcotics this is your spot. Definitely give them a try.

She carefully assesses alignment with a highly refined touch, identifying subtle misalignments without the forceful manipulation I have experienced elsewhere. The adjustment itself feels calm and controlled, without the uncomfortable sensation of bones being aggressively twisted or pulled. Despite the gentle approach, the results have been just as effective as the more forceful methods I have experienced in the past, and in many ways even better because the treatment feels safe and thoughtful. Let me just say that as a visitor to the area, I was beyond impressed with this clinic. It's basically a one-stop shop, and every person I interacted with was exceptional. From Cassie and the front desk crew, and all the warm and skilled physical therapist... I couldn't have been treated any better. Just know when you go there, you are greeted and treated with respect and concern. Hollen, the PA, is ready and willing to listen to what your concerns are. She is very attentive and purposeful in her ability to see you through your pain. As a medical professional, she was able to offer my pain relief through medicine and lidocaine injections. In the 2 1/2 weeks that I was able to seek treatment, I always found her to be extremely warm and caring, and ready to help me through my healing journey. Alex, the chiropractor, was beyond supportive. She handled and managed my situation with the absolute best care. After a week of working with their staff, she knew that my pain needed x-rays and ultimately an MRI. Upon receiving the results, a herniated disk, which was pressing on the sciatic nerve and piriformis muscle, she educated and explained my situation thoroughly so that I could understand what was going on. She managed my pain with mild adjustments and learning stretching exercises through the physical therapists. I cannot express what an awesome chiropractor she is. The Atlantic Spine Clinic in Mt. Pleasant is the real deal. As a frequent, out-of-state visitor to the area, I wouldn't think twice about using their services if necessary. I only wish I had this kind of service at home. I went in there stiffer than a dry board in the back of an out of business hardware store. Dr. Alex folded me like a pretzel and made me hear colors and see sounds. Midas may have had the golden touch, but Dr. Alex has more of the right stuff than a new kids on the block mall concert. She doesn't let me get away with not stretching. She keeps me honest in what I've been doing. I'm pretty sure she's called my momma at this point just to make sure I'm staying more in line than one of those adult coloring books. My wife goes there as well and comes home feeling just as good. Now that's talent. YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING. They also have a rolling table, I cannot comment how good it is for fear of making too many people blush. I love this office. I will continue my visits as often as I can.
