Then, when it was struck by lightning, they installed my new heat pump. There was a bad apple in the bunch that led to a handful of problems along the way, but they eliminated the person that caused them, fixed the problems, and responded quickly and thoroughly. They even refunded me for parts that were unnecessarily installed by the "bad apple". After all this, I will still call them if I have an HVAC problem.

An 88-year-old family member had just suffered two strokes and was staying with us, so being without air conditioning in a sweltering house wasn't merely uncomfortable--it was a serious health concern. We also have a special-needs rescue animal with chronic respiratory disease who cannot be overheated.
