The rep is in the process of sending me parts so I can rebuild the faucet. On top of that, he informed that the faucet was still under warranty and there would be no charge! Four days before installation I got an invoice that was 25% !!! more than anticipated because they said they forgot something on the original. Feeling over the barrel because of all the other teams scheduled around this installation (drywall, roof, etc), I was compelled to negotiate a compromise, but then the final bill was still more than we had agreed to. This time they threw my contractor under the bus. I can't remember the last time I had a less transparent experience with something that should have been so straight forward.

We are hoping this will be resolved soon, but it has put a tarnish on our overall experience. We will update this review with the outcome. As of 1/29/21, we went in-person to make the final payment and pick up our fireplace front. They had the wrong color, so we will wait another three weeks for them to correct this mistake.
