Building is a new experience for me and I have found both women to be not only professional but extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient with me as I navigate the building process. With respect to plumbing and bath fixtures-I have had many many questions and have made several changes and adjustments to my original plans. Tracy has always been available to meet with me, speak by phone or by email to discuss many of my choices and concerns. She has gone above and beyond to help me achieve the "look" and quality I want. At one point after placing my order Tracy discovered a product I loved had been discontinued and she searched high and low to help me find it! What wonderful customer service! With respect to lighting-Melissa has really helped me navigate the confusing world of lighting and fans. She too is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have had many lighting questions and made many changes to my original selections and Melissa is always available and willing to discuss this with me. She even visited my home build site to ease my mind about my fan dimensions! This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. However, I will never do business with Ferguson again.
