Absolute garbage delivery and management. Ordered a pizza and a salad for delivery. Delivery time was supposed to be about 45 minutes. We live just 10 minutes from the store. Delivery arrived 25 minutes late. The pizza arrived barely warm, and the salad was room temperature. No way were we going to eat this food, it had clearly been sitting around too long and was likely unsafe. Called and requested a refund, and told them they could pick up the untouched food. I was told they would not refund my money. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company in the morning. Absolute garbage. read more

We been ordering Mountains Mikes for a while now . They are pretty consistent I call to place an order everyone has been very nice on the phone . We always do pick not delivery. When inside to do the pick up the staff working has always been super friendly ! Inside is noting fancy they do have a large area for bigger gatherings . The pizzas have been very delicious my whole family loves them ! Did I mention on Tuesdays they have 30% off large pizzas !! Only for pick up or dine in not for delivery. Which is very affordable and convenient for our family .The orders have always been correct and always fresh and hot ! We will be coming back to pick up more in the future ! read more

I was traveling in from out of town (Sacramento), grabbing some carryout for me and some friends who lived in lincoln. They initially told me 20min wait, but I asked them to delay it about 10min as I was going to be there in 30, which when I got my pizza, was nice and hot. So ++ on directions. Pizza was good. People were nice. The place was NOT busy for a friday night. Quiet. Going to try and remember the convenience before considering another pizza spot, the only thing was the pizza wasnt out of the ordinary. Maybe it was just what I ordered, other MM pizza spots ive tried has specialty pizzas which are usually very good. Maybe ill try one of those another time for a 2nd review. Also, doesnt hurt to say the place was clean, the area the mountain mikes is in, fairly nice. Ive been to other MM where the neighborhood is old or just in rough place. Came here for the buy a 20oz soda and get a mini pizza free deal. Placed ordered on app at 7:03pm with a promise time of 7:23pm. Walked in at 7:35pm and the cashier told us there's a 7min delay. All good, walked back outside and came back at 7:42pm and she told us it was another 5 minute wait. So all in all, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our mini pizza (smallest one they had) While leaving the restaurant there was a late model Ford Thunderbird parked in the handicap spot next to us. We left the parking lot and got to the intersection to turn onto Joiner Parkway and same Thunderbird comes hauling ass making the turn and driving like a bat out of hell. We got to a stoplight and it's the delivery guy that works for Mountain Mikes lol. I assume it's the driver anyways since he was going behind the counter with the delivery bags to keep the pizzas warm. Driver was in a full dress suit...guess he needs to make his delivery quota? But damn man, Lincoln is such a small city and I don't think you gotta stomp on your gas and treat every stop light like a 1/4 mile drag strip. You know what? MM's has proven to me that they are the best pizza in Lincoln! I've called in my order for carry out and delivery and have always been on time. Our go-to pizza is always their Everest! It's really good! We don't like a lot of sauce on our pizza and they always put the right amount! The toppings are fresh and never over cooked. The crust is tasty and not cheap cardboard tasting. We did have a mishap once, which prolonged my review update. The pizza we had months ago, was bad. I was so unsatisfied because we didn't eat it. It was that bad. But after contemplating on whether we should call the manager, we did! You know what? The manager said he would replace our order. So I took him up on that, and it's been more than satisfactory! I did wait months to update just to be on the safe side. They haven't proven me wrong yet! read more

Ordered delivery from Mountain Mike's recently. We were watching basketball and desired quick and easy finger food. Our food arrived promptly and the delivery guy was friendly and courteous. The food was passable. As described in the menu, the MT. Veggiemore consisted of artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers and tomatoes. The pizza was a little soggy and the tomatoes were not ripe or baked adequately ... almost cold. Very disappointing. The McKinley was a little better. Olives, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. Just the right amount of onions and the pie was not soggy at all. Reasonable amount of toppings. Not hot and/or warm... but OK. The boneless chicken wings were not overly breaded and were plump & meaty. I would order again. Prices were competitive but not at all sure I will go out of my way to get takeout here again... maybe better food in the restaurant (most likely). read more

Im never one to take the little time i have to write a review for anything let alone a pizza parlor. We had ordered a few pizzas for my daughters B-Day and lets just say we went straight to opening presents. Pizza Arrived later then what we would have liked. The delivery driver was apologetic but one thing caught my eye, why would he be working as a delivery driver as he must have had a hurt leg. Delivery driver was on a mobility scooter, what if i had stairs? Nonetheless, the pizza was delivered and none of the guest complained so it must have been good. As the owner of a small business myself, im not entirely sure why someone injured would be the one delivering, thats just asking to get hurt even more or worse a claim, but to each hold their own. read more

First off... I absolutely love their commercials! I just wish my digestive tract felt the same way about the pizza. I was going to order delivery via their app, however, I decided to order via DoorDash instead. No issues there. Two pizzas and a side of poppers. Pretty basic. Everything arrived and it was what I ordered. Hot... so far, so good... let's start with the poppers. If you can avoid these, then do so! They were horrible! I've seen better at a gas station. Yikes! They had this weird bready concoction on the outside and the jalapeño was a bit difficult to bite through. Yucky. That was a waste of $10. Now on to the pizzas. They tasted just fine. I mean, it's like the other large chain pizza place we have in grocery store parking lots. Nothing spectacular. Now onto the middle of the night. Sweet Jesus! Not sure if it was the pizza or the poppers, but there was something going on with my insides! I'll leave it to your imagination... now, will I be back? Mmmmm... probably not. Our pizza came earlier than the 55 minutes estimated. It was a Wednesday night, But the Stanley Cup Finals was on! Ordered a Medium Everest regular crust, Medium Pepperoni Pizza Regular Crust and 6 wings. The pizza looked like it just came out of the oven. It was hot and perfect. The wings were good, I do like them a little more crispier but acceptable. I did receive Blue Cheese dressing and was thrilled as I forgot to ask. Walked in at 12:15pm, only one other person in the place and 3 or 4 filthy tables that looked like it had been that way for some time. I examined the lunch buffet and was obvious the pepperoni and Hawaiian pizzas had been there for a while. Employee saw me checking it out as he asked if he could help me so I asked if they had any pizzas cooking. He asked "Like what?" Kinda threw me off but I like chicken pizzas. Never again! I placed an online order at 11am to be delivered at 5pm. Called and they said they just put it in the oven at 5:15pm. The girl on the phone was clueless. Asked to speak to a manager and he had zero apologies. This is the second time this has happened to me. I'm sorry I gave them a second chance. Pizza was tasty. I was sweating the whole time I ate because it was so hot in there. literally every single table in the whole restaurant was dirty. Not exaggerating at all. There were 2 other groups of people eating inside so they weren't really swamped. We ordered a pitcher of pyramid and it was definitely off. Tasted strange and gross. I normally love mountain mikes, and despite the negative reviews I decided to give them a chance. Lilke others, the toppings in comparison to other stores is minimal. (Not what you would expect for a specialty pizza) And like others, my delivery was an hour late. I even called to makes sure they had the right address, and got no apology whatsoever. I love mountain mikes, but as far as the Lincoln location is I would advise to Oder somewhere else. I have had exceptional pizza and service from others. read more

If I could give NO stars I would. It is crazy how you order pizza, get a confirmation, and they take money from your acct... but 2 hours later you call to see where your order is and they say hmmmm.... we never received your order... I'm mean really here's my confirmation number!! Then I get told we'll when your bank processes the payment you can bring a bank statement for a refund! WHAT! No I will not be going out of my way to bring you a bank statement. Then I ask to talk to a manager, who's not there. So I am given his cell number and I call and not one time did JAF (the manager who wasn't there) offer to make anything right. He just said well you used a third party. Well when I type Mountain Mikes in my google and Slice is what I order through I didn't know it was a "third" party. Funny I called slice and they showed the order was also confirmed. Then here's the topper. Jaf thought hanging up on me was going to make things better... no Jaf that's not how you treat a customer. I'm highly confused as to how you acquired your management position. Steer clear from this business. ***update*** So I would like to update this post. I was contacted via text (Jaf) the next morning with a credit of the full amount I had ordered. They were offing a second go at their business. I also received a call that next morning from Kevin. Kevin I believe is just an employee, but he seemed genuinely sorry for how everything went down the night prior. I appreciated that phone call. So I did it. Tonight we decided to try again with our credit that was offered. When I called it was Kevin. After mentioning the credit he quickly took my order and it was delivered in under 45mins. I'm a long-time fan of Mountain Mike's, but I WON'T be returning to this location again. My wife ordered two large pizzas online on 5/16/19. I found a small black hair on my pineapple and pepperoni pizza and thought it was no big deal, these things happen, but then... The next morning I found a 12" long black hair in my pizza... GROSS!! When I told my wife she was like, "oh yeah, how about this CLUMP of hair I found in my Sizzlin Bacon Classic?!" Sure enough, she showed me the clump of black hair she found in her's. DISGUSTING!! We threw out the pizzas, but ran out of time to go in and speak with a manager over the weekend. We're disgusted by what was so obviously deliberately placed in our pizzas and we want to make sure nobody else experiences that... My wife wasn't rude, she tipped, etc. so just know that you could fall victim by eating there, too. There are too many good pizza places in Lincoln with employees who aren't disgusting/unprofessional. We won't be giving Mountain Mike's in Lincoln any more of our business. read more

My family and I had decided to order pizza from here using door dash. After we placed the order we realized we had forgot to order a few things and called them directly. They had no problem accommodating our extra order and we paid separately and were told our items would go out with our order. However the extra items did not make it and we called back and asked if they could send it with there driver since it was there screw up. They said yes BUT we would have to pay an EXTRA delivery fee to receive it. I feel this is wrong and will not be using them in the future. read more

Always great pizza!!! Everytime I order pizza is always great and on time. We always order for carry out and have shown up on the 20 minute mark and out the door within a couple of minutes. Ordered Take-out from Yelp and was 100% satisfied. The delivery driver was so nice, I arrived home at the same time the driver got there with my order. I was being awkward as I took my baby and all her stuff from my car and he offered to help. I told him to just come on in and put the pizza down anywhere in the kitchen while I got my life together. He was super chill and was happy to help out a busy momma who really needed some pizza :) The pizza itself was so great, Hot and fresh. I always get the Sizzlin Bacon pizza with cheesy garlic sticks.
