I don't remember what pizza we ordered first from Mt Mikes but it was an Alabama or Arkansas or something and it was AMAZING! The second time we ordered the one with all the meats and olives, not as good as the first but still a good pizza. My recommendation is order online or to go, and go for the unique specialty pizzas-they seem to be a bit better than the classics. Are the lunch buffet for the first time on 09/17/21. Service was good. Salad was decent. Pizza and bread sticks were very average. Round table unfortunately is not bringing back their lunch buffet which is way better. Will not be going back to any Mountain Mike's as did not care for the food. Inside is really nice. Temecula Pizza Factory lunch buffet is much better. Too bad the virus forced Soup Plantation out of business and Roundtable decided to not bring back their lunch buffet as their normal price for their pizzas for the quality you get is pricey. read more

It's Pie Day 3.14! It was the first time at MM and ordered from the counter. The pizza oven aroma is welcoming. A young lady helped me out. I kind of knew my wants/needs, and she secured my order. She mentioned that I could use a coupon online to save money. Alas, I did not wish to download their App (very poor reviews in the App Store), and she understood. Best pizza nearest to El Camino Real, we don't have a lot of options but we do have round table which we love but Mountain Mike's Pizza beats them for sure and their salad bar is great, 7.99 for salad bar including pizza can't beat it. First time fam and I visited Mountain Mike's and we had mixed results. Positives: Our pizzas were tasty and only one on complaint -- needs more sauce. Wings were great and made our non-pizza kid happy. Negatives: Our order was wrong. We got home and realized they had given us nothing on our order. We called and was told to bring it back. Driving back the 11 miles or so was slightly annoying but it got even worse when taking the wrong order in we were just handed the right order without an apology. Just handed it and turned around. The pizza and wings were not steaming hot now die to the nearly 40 minutes between picking up the (wrong) order and getting home with the right one. Overall: I would go back but there are some things that need to be fixed in customer relations. read more

Great amazing toppings although put on a below average crust that is maybe frozen from the looks of it. Website says rolled fresh daily and if that is the case I would change the recipe as it is one of the worst I have had along with the rest of my family. Kind of soft and bready with no flavor. Phew, where do I start. This place is my kryptonite. I try to eat healthy for the most part but when someone suggests pizza I ONLY want the garlic chicken pizza from Mountain Mikes. So disappointed. When I arrived they didn't have my info in their system so I had to repeat my order again. I ordered a large Pikes peak pizza and the sausages were raw in the inside and our bread was raw, our medium pizza dough was raw as well. I called to complain and they had me on hold for 20 mins so I hung up and called back and they told me that they can't do anything about it because they didn't have my number in the system but yet they had my name in it so it doesn't make sense. Wow, Shawna is great! Very kind and efficient. The pizza is pretty good but the best thing is their Thursday deals. $2 beers if you spend $25 or more on food. And we're not talking crappy beers like Coors light or Bud Light, we're talking good beers. One thing that I did not like, was the setting. You kind of felt like you were in a subway or chipotle in a strip mall. Doesn't have the same ambience as some of the other pizza places. I don't complain a lot and I'm pretty easy to please, but I'm taking the time to write this review in hopes that the manager can get involved and make some improvements so that others won't have the experience we did. I gave 2 stars because the girl working was nice and the music was great. Otherwise, I'd give 1. We went in around 1:15 after calling first to make sure the buffet was still going. When we walked in, no one was at the counter, no biggie, we waited a little and then the girl standing at the far end of the counter talking to a male customer came over to help us. In the meantime, my husband scoped out the pizza sitting out. There were two half pizzas out that had clearly been there a while and very old cheese bread. I asked if they'd be putting out anymore fresh pizzas, so she asked the guy in the back and then told us that he could make one. What kind, we didn't know, but we were happy it would be fresh. We told her we wanted two buffets and she rang us up. When we walked over to the buffet area, there were 3 plates on the counter. My husband grabbed 2 (one for his pizza and one for his ranch lol) and I grabbed 1 for my salad. I wanted to wait for the fresh pizza. My husband took a couple slices of the old pizza to hold him over (we hadn't eaten yet and had been out running errands all morning). There was only maybe two leaves of lettuce in the tub, so I asked the girl if she could put more out, which she kindly said yes, and did so with her bare hands. I didn't say anything though. I just thought it was kinda strange not to wear gloves. We sat down to eat and after a good 15 mins passed, I went up to get a slice, but there weren't anymore plates. The girl was nowhere in sight. I waited at least 5 mins and then she appeared from the back. She kindly put plates out for me and I appreciated that. No new pizza had been put out yet so I asked her if it was still coming, so she asked the cook and then told me that a pizza would be coming out in 20 mins. So we waited, and then a ham and pineapple was put out (which I don't like, but that's not her fault). So I ate two pieces of the old pizza instead. As we were sitting there, we saw the girl fill up two glasses of beer and take them to the back. Now I don't honestly care that much if you and the cook want to have a cold one, but when we are eating old pizza and waiting on plates, I do care. The girl was gone the rest of the time, so we gave up on any hope of more pizza coming, so we finally left. Just a side note: when we've been to Round Table for the buffet, they are constantly putting out a variety of hot fresh pizza until the last second when the buffet ends. The salad and plates are always stocked. And if you want a certain kind of pizza, they happily make it. We chose Mountain Mike's because we were in the area and knew we liked the pizza from a previous takeout order. This experience will make us think twice before eating there again. read more
