The sauce was overwhelming in my opinion. We also tried the mashed potato pizza and that was a big no from me why a couple of people at the table loved it. So it's all a matter of opinion I guess I'm more of a traditional pizza kind of person. Also, the pizzas are oddly shaped. I do like the thin crust. The pizzas are very big so that's a plus. These are coal fired pizza, which makes the crust really nice and crispy on the edges. I think the pizza was a little bit too floppy for me though. You definitely had to fold it to eat it or you could use a fork. Bonus, we really enjoyed watching the show they played on the TV, Redbull soap box races. This is a restaurant where you walk up to the counter and place your order. They bring your food to the table. Food was served hot, fresh and quickly. Restaurant has a casual feel. I mean, if that's store policy like In-N-Out is now, I get it, but let me know that. The truffle fries and regular fries that came with the other burger were fantastic as always. I wish I didn't have to go back to the register to pick up salt packets but that's not a big deal really. I let the young lady at the register know that the burgers were well done, again. . . She apologized and I just told her that it was ok. I'm not making anyone cook me a new burger. Once again, still good. Just not what I asked for. I also ordered a beer and the person at the register gave me the number placard and told me that she would bring my beer out. After seeing it set at the bar where the drinks come out for a few minutes, I just went and picked it up. The young man who brought our food seemed more interested in talking to the female employees than checking on customers, but I was 20 years old once too. We did get there kind of late and left a little after closing time. Everyone was busy checking their phones. . . We'll be back. Pizza is always great.
