The service and food in this location are horrible, I order two large pizzas to have dinner with my family, they were the most expensive and horrible pizzas I've ever bought. They were served poorly and to top it all off, they didn't even have tomato souse, it's common sense for a pizza to have tomato sauce. My husband called and made a claim about it, the lady on the phone was unprofessional and basically called my husband a liar about the pizza not having sauce. My husband went to the location and took them the pizza so they could see the "pizza" they prepared without sauce and said they couldn't do anything. The Large pizza brought me back to elementary school when my first grade teacher Mrs. Fitzgerald cut the pizza slices very thin to make sure every first grader gets a slice. 2nd time ordering from Perris location - will be the LAST... Placed an online order - timestamp 4:54p on a Wednesday... Got a voicemail a couple of minutes later from a young lady that stated that they didn't have the Cinnamon Dessert pizzas in stock and would I like an order of Garlic Bread instead... Out of Stock - hey, it happens... I return the call - just before 5p - and the phone was answered by a gentleman that rattled off something like "Thank you for calling Mountain Mike's, can you please hold?" Of course, before I can say anything I'm out in hold - hey it happens... I'm on Hold, listening to the alternating ads, music and obligatory "Your time is very important to us, we'll be right with you..." 10 minutes later, I'm still on hold with not even a live person coming on and saying "thanks for waiting, really we'll be right with you, we're swamped..." type of thing... I decide to go ahead and jump in the car and head on down, going to have to go there anyways to pick up the order... I drive down to the location and walk in the door, to the counter and see a the back of a young lady who's on the phone and another guy through the doorway looking at what appears to be another phone in the wall... he says something to someone and I recognize the voice - he's the one who initially answered the phone and put me on hold... I wait at the counter for assistance and after another employee comes out, does something with the POS, walks by me and then back into the backroom, the young lady who was on the phone finally gets off the phone and turns around and notices me... comes up with a smile and getting and apologizes for the wait... I asked her if her name was Sabrina and she said yes, I told her that I had tried to call her back and then showed her on my cellphone that I was, in fact, still on Hold (the timer was at 24 MINUTES)... she apologized and stated she had been trying to take care of this huge phone order... hey it happens... Anyways, she explained to me that they were out of the dessert pizza and would I like breadsticks - I asked how about the mini churros? She blushed and stated that they had the churros (and the dessert pizza dough) but lacked the cinnamon dust/topping... (I guess going to the Food for Less next door to purchase cinnamon and sugar is a no no) I said ok, I'll take some breadsticks... she completed the order (comping the breadsticks, Thank You) and told me they needed about 7-8 minutes for the breadsticks... timestamp on my receipt was 5:26p I took a seat and during the next 25 minutes or so sat and waited for my order... listening to the gentleman who initially answered the phone talk with a couple of other employees about the next day, changes in scheduling, fixing some time clock error... all amusing... fun times for a people watcher... After a couple of false alarms where I thought my order was brought to the front counter (no it was for people who had walked in the door) I got my order at 5:53p... Sabrina again smiled and apologized for the delay... Anyways, got them home to the hungry family and we ate... although the pizzas were hot, the dough didn't seem to be cooked through and seemed a little bland... As I mentioned, I don't think we'll be ordering from there again - waiting for nearly an hour for a couple of pizzas and breadsticks that weren't that all fantastic or cheap... plus on hold for over 20 minutes? I guess I should have stayed on hold in the restaurant to see how long it would have taken for someone to pick up the line... What surprises me is that Mountain Mike's allows employees to drink a draft beer while on duty - or perhaps he was an owner, so maybe it's allowed... read more

These workers were slammed by a local baseball team and they still served us with a smile, poor guy was sweating running back and forth, sadly he had to deal with a Karen and he still was able to serve not only them but me with a smile !!! The food was actually pretty good, we ordered a small pizza and bread sticks. I had a beer and my son a fountain drink. The big issue was the rubber band I found in my pizza. I showed the gentleman at the counter while he was out because at the moment it was only what seemed to be two workers. This was around 3-3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon. I showed him about the rubber band I literally just pulled out of my mouth and he grabbed it and pulled on it a few times. Then proceeded to pull on it himself. He mentioned he thought it was part of the pepperoni but it was clear not red like the other pieces I had pulled off. It was a clear half inch long piece of rubber band. I don't know but it grossed me out and I left the pizza. Only about 3-4 slices left. I don't know if this is a normal occurrence but I did not enjoy chewing on that for sure. So I ordered food on 7/26 and received a text message at 8:10pm that it would be delivered at 8:35 pm. It never happened. Then I got a text at 8:46pm saying, "Hi... your delivery from Mountain Mike's Pizza has been modified or canceled. Please reach out to them directly for more information." I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone said "No, it says your food will be delivered. We used DoorDash because we don't have a driver tonight. They should be there soon." It never delivered and Mountain Mike's close at 9pm. I called back on 7/27 and was placed on hold for 25 min and told that only a manager can issue a refund and he wasn't in today and to call back tomorrow." I called back again on 7/28 and asked for the manager and he wasn't there. I asked what his name is and was told Gill is the manager and no one in the restaurant is able to issue electronic refunds. I provided my name and phone number for Gill to call me and never heard back. So now I'm going through my bank to report over $50 of fraud since I paid for a product I never received. This location is grossly unprofessional and lacks a sense of urgency for rectifying their mistakes. I will never order from this ratchet location ever again. read more

The pizza was OK. the price??? insane! a 20 inch pizza with 2 toppings and 2 fountain drinks: $55?????? we also asked for it to be a bit crispy and it tasted like they hurried it up. the pepperonis and the crust was a bit crispy but the inside, still doughy. we could have waited another 10 minutes for it to be fully cooked. they weren't even that busy and seemed like they had enough employees. I want to be nice and at least give 2 stars since they just opened but seriously the pizza is not that great. My boyfriend and I have been patiently waiting for this location to open. We finally ordered last night. We ordered the Large Chicken Club and a small Garlic Sticks with Cheese (requested bacon to be added and a side of ranch). First off, the toppings on the chicken club pizza are decent however it was probably the worst pizza crust I have ever tasted in my life. It was dry and bland, it literally lacked flavor and took away from the pizza altogether. The garlic cheese sticks didn't taste like garlic at all. Again the crust lacked flavor. They didn't put bacon as requested and didn't give a side of ranch. The pizza or garlic sticks was not cheesy at all, there was not "pull effect" when grabbing a slice. The price point for this pizza does not match the quality. It was too expensive and not worth it at all. I don't know if we got a bad batch or if that is just the recipe but no thanks. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. First off, I placed an order for two pizzas on 6/22 at 6:57 pm for delivery. At 8:30, I tried to call the store to check on the order. After multiple times calling, I finally got someone to pick up. I was then told that my order did not exist. After confirming the location we ordered from and order number, I was then told that our order was actually cancelled, because the the delivery driver was sent home. We were never sent a cancelation notice or even received a phone call. We just wasted close to 2 hours waiting on an order that they chose not to fulfill. I also called back to ask for the manager. I was told that the manager also went home early, which is highly unlikely. So, these numbskulls that are operating this business do not care. The Perris location of mountain mikes is disgusting! The people that work there are gross and unprofessional. We have found bugs in our salad, and on top of that there was a girl (Adora/cashier) that was sick, who was touching her face and her hair, the register money, and she still proceeded to touch peoples food. They were behind and didn't tell us that they hadn't made our order. She didn't know how to refund our money. The manager (Gil) is also very unprofessional when he was called on the phone he said well just give them a 20% a discount for next time and I'm busy and then hung up the phone on his employee.
