All they employees I encountered were very friendly and courteous. Service was prompt and pleasant. Most importantly, the pizza was great! Anytime my family wanted pizza, we always ordered from our local Mountain Mikes. After today though, I will take my business to Pizza Guys again. Mountain Mikes rarely makes their 45 min - 1 hour delivery time. Today I will have to wait almost 2 hours to receive my already placed and paid for pizza. Had I known that the the 45 min to an hour delivery time (they initially told me) would not be met, I wouldn't have bothered. If you're running behind, be clear with your customers so that they're not irritated when the drivers finally arrive. By then, many of us are hangry and they suffer with a crappy tip, if they even get one. Update: I received my order after 2 hours... My pizza was cold and the chicken wings were not cooked all the way through. When we called to speak to the manager, we were informed that there was none on duty. I will be contacting the health department in the morning. If they're so careless in sending undercooked food that could potentially hurt someone, they deserve to be shut down. read more

Super friendly ladies! I went last Tuesday evening close to closing time, and they were welcoming and sweet. I've only gotten mountain Mike's pizza at parties when it was room temp, and from the location on Clayton.. I never was VERY impressed and usually opt for the less expensive option of Pizza Guys.. but this experience was surprisingly good! Crust was perfect, a little crisp not too thin, perfect thickness and spread of ingredients.. the sauce had good seasoning and ingredients seemed a good quality. He was very apologetic for his teenage staff that was working the night before & about what happened. My order was $60 before tip & James gave me a huge credit on my acct for a future order. I placed my order online I was so excited that they delivered to Bay Point, I requested delivery for 10:45 knowing delivery might happen by 11....to my surprise they didn't show up until 11:55 so over an hour late I called when they were 30 mins late and I was told the person had just left to deliver it, which I was fine with bc it's only a 10 min drive....well my pizzas were cold af and so were our wings, after tipping almost $10 I'm not happy at all I just spent $73.90 to be exact, for cold ass food that tastes like it was sitting there and it had been made for hours. I ordered a pizza online that stated it would take 40 minutes to to deliver, after an hour I called them and was placed on hold for 15 minutes only to find out that it was going to take another 25 minutes for them to deliver my pizza. I am 5 minutes away from the restaurant and ordered because I injured my foot and couldn't leave my house. Over an hour and a half to deliver a pizza , I don't think so , I ended up canceling and will never order from Mountain Mike's again. If they're that short drivers then maybe they should hire people who apply for the restaurant because I know quite a few people who have applied for that restaurant and got turned down with not even so much as an interview even though they had immaculate work histories. Waited over an hour for delivery, only to be surprised by a crushed in box pizza. Ran back out to stop the driver and show her, she was so kind and promised a new pizza in 30 minutes. Driver asked us to call into the manager to make sure the pizza was being made as she was on her way back so it could be promptly delivered in 30 minutes. However yet again it took a little over an hour for the new pizza to arrive. When we called and spoke to the manager Brian he said the only compensation that could be given is the fact that he let us keep the smashed pizza. 2.5 hours later Brian is arguing about taking the crushed pizza off our bill and justified it over and over and over again with letting us keep the crushed pizza. If I wanted bread and olives for dinner I wouldn't of paid $53 for it!!!! Customer Service is a no go here.... Amended review: Recvd a call from Mandy today, owner, very apologetic and kind.
