Ugh when you go for a Pizza buffet you kinda expect Pizza! Not sure if the staff is just used to no customers or, if they limit what they make so your stuck waiting forever on a variety? last order I placed I couldn't eat because the dough wasn't cooked all they way, it was like eating soft mushy baby food and I requested it well done! Its strange. Every time I'm here the discount I m suppose to receive from the coupon they gave me keeps changing. Its supposed to be 20% off as a regular customer. Whenever I talk to the women there who manage the register I get the discount as advertised. Whenever I get the guys there, they only give me $5 or less off, regardless of the coupon I give them. This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had a Pizza place. We were celebrating my daughters 2018 graduation from Pittsburg High School. We told them we would be ordering alot. Right off the bat the guy told me "For celebrating with us I will give you a 30% discount on the entire bill". Mind you we have never been there and he was giving us a discount? WOW!!! We purchase pizzas often and the pizza is excellent. Always fresh and made exactly how we like it. The customer service is also a plus. Everyone is always pleasant and very helpful. Hello, First I would like to to say that the service from your employees has been great. Courteous, inviting, helpful, and empathetic to the problems when one occurs. Also the food has been delicious and cooked well. To the problem now.....I have ordered from this location 3 times. Twice by online order and a 3rd attempt in person to see if the service would differ. Unfortunately the service remained the same. When I say service I mean accuracy of the order, a complete order, and timeliness of the delivery. The first time I ordered we had ordered a half & half with 2 Appetizer Sampler's,10 Wings, and Jalapeno Poppers. We received Jalapeno Poppers, 24 wings, and just the mozzarella sticks. We were told that because they where short handed it took close to 3 hours and we didn't want you to wait longer. Agree ok no worries I will let it slid this go around because the person was apologetic and seemed genuine. The second order I went into the store and place an order very similar to the first and yet again I waited over an hour to receive my food. then I get home to find that they had forgot to give me a portion of my mozzarella sticks. Upset but ok mistakes happen. The pizza was delicious though. The third order I just couldn't do it anymore. Placed my order 08/27/2016 04:23 PM my order arrives for delivery at 06:15 PM still over an hour then I only received half of my appetizers and the pizza this time was cold. Its really upsetting because this did not occur over a few days this has been stretched out over a period of 3 months. This location needs to get a process in place to get these things to stop occurring. Lastly I may now less frequent Mountain Mikes do to their new credit card policy. When you pay with a card they now make a carbon copy of your card. This is completely unsafe and I will now only order if I have cash which is very rare. Highly suggest you invest in an online processing system to charge the card immediately. Overall I would give a 2 out of 5 stars. I just had one of the worst experiences dealing with the manager of this place. I ordered a pizza online and it's said that it would be delivered within 45 minutes, 2 hours later and still waiting for the pizza. I call and the manager tells me that my pizza was delivered to someone else but the driver was on his way back to pick up the pizza that someone has already opened and realized it wasn't theirs and deliver it to me. I asked how he could possibly deliver a pizza to me that someone has already opened and he tells me he doesn't see the problem with that. Never go or buy from this place!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT ORDER OFF OF THEIR WEBSITE. If i could give 0 stars I definitely would. May 17th 2022 I ordered a medium pizza my card was charged $31. I then called mountain mikes to confirm my order and they tell me they cannot give me the pizza and that my payment was pending. I checked my bank account and the $31 was deducted from my account. They then proceed to tell me it was their website and that the website charges the card multiple times and then sends the money back. So after denying me the food they then say wait 2-3 business days to get your refund. (Which would be Friday). I call them again Thursday and they tell me to come in tomorrow and that the manager will take care of it. I go in the next day the manager tells me the same exact thing. To wait one more day and my money will be on the card and he can't find the transaction. I call my bank to confirm the payment went through and suddenly he tells me the owner is there and he can call the company. So the owner also proceeded to tell me he would call and figure it out and assured me it would be handled. He texts me, not even call which was the first red flag. He tells me that he can't find my money and asked me for the dates. I send him the screenshot of my bank statement and he tells me he can't help me and call my bank. I will NEVER go back here. Do not order from their website it will charge your card and they will not give you your money back. I even called again my today and a worker says and I quote "The OWNER said you will receive your refund on monday" then he texts me with his excuse. Very unprofessional and disrespectful read more

Used to really like Mountain Mike's (although always pricey). Today I ordered a pizza and they told me it would be here in 45-60 minutes. It took 80 minutes. What really, really bothered me is they now apparently insist on making a carbon copy of your credit card. I do not feel comfortable with that. I placed an order online tonight for a medium Snowy Apls with no substitutions or changes. I received a pizza without tomatoes or green onions on top. I immediately call the store and they ask if I touched the pizza which touched the pizza which I hadn't. They the call the driver on the other line and tell him that he didn't make it correctly, (which was so unprofessional) while I'm still on the other line. The "manager" a term I'll use loosely then states my only options are to have the driver pick up the pizza and wait another hour for them to remake another or 20% next time. When I then tell him that neither of those aren't really acceptable options since I'm not a fault he tell me neither is he the driver made the pizza. What kind of manger throws his employee under the bus? Mangers are suppose to take responsibility, regardless of whom is at fault. At this point as I would never reorder from them.
