My usual Mountain Mike's location. It's not the closest location to me but it's more reliable. As with most locations, this is located in a strip mall off of Story Rd. Staff here is always courteous and the location is kept tidy and clean. My typical order is the Everest but this time I went with the garlic Tuscan. The sun-dried tomatoes were abundant and it was a nice change from my usual combo. Oddly, the crust was a little undercooked, but that was easily solved with my toaster oven at home. I'm not a huge fan of olives, so I didn't really care for the everest as much. There are a lot of olives on the pizza, so picking them off became tedious. I only did that for one slice. I placed an order online and there was a promotion for when you buy one large specialty pizza you get a personal cheese pizza for free. I went in and asked him if my order showed that promotion. He rudely said no and that it was for the next time use. I said no, showed him my order. He ignored so I asked him if I he can re-process the order. He said you want me to cancel it? I'm going to cancel it and I throw out the pizza (he repeated it like 3x) I was going to get the pizza regardless if there is a free cheese pizza but with that nasty attitude. I've had orders delivered wrong, missing items, toppings etc. I don't want to assume it is done on purpose, but since the ranch incident, this has been the new way of attending my order. Today, I'm trying to pick up pizza on my way from work and I always apply the SAME COUPON. I asked the person taking my call if he could apply it, he said NO, I had to go get the coupon. Are you kidding me!? A coupon you guys NEVER even ask proof for, you're telling me I need to go all the way home and pick up?! So because of that employee, you guys lost a $40 sale and a long time customer. Review for the "Lunch Buffet" Easily one of the nicest Mountain Mike's locations I've been to! The location and building is brand new and the owners did a good job with it. Screens everywhere so perfect for a game and its SPOTLESS. Super clean. My coworker and I work across the street so we decided to pop in for the lunch buffet. 2 meals came out to $24 and included AYCE pizza and salad bar. Salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients and they had 3 pizzas on rotation with cheese bread in rotation. When the pizzas are fresh out of the oven, they are hot and taste great. However, if the pizza sits around for a bit; it doesn't taste as good. Only knocking it one star because the first half of our meal consisted of luke warm pizza. They didn't start refilling the pies until more people came in. It's a good value when I'm craving pizza. And also I enjoy the buffet because you are able to sample multiple varieties! I am so happy there is a pizza place like this in the Story and King area! (Who remembers the Shakey's from back in the day?!) This Mountain Mike's is newly opened and so needed. This is a great place to enjoy a pizza and beer while watching a football or soccer game because they have lots of tv's. Also, I noticed they show the UFC/boxing matches if you are into that kind of sport. They carry Leo's Michelada mix so you can also have a Michelada that will actually taste good. The pizza is very flavorful but if you do not like what is on the menu you can build your own. I have placed two separate large orders to cater to a party at my gym and another for a family party. They allowed me to place and pay for my order ahead of time, made recommendations of what and how much to order and delivered the order on time. Also, they provide utensils and plates if you need them; what a lifesaver! All that aside, the price was very affordable. I highly recommend this Mountain Mike's location for delivery or dining in. Where is the sauce??? I enjoy the occasional pie like any other person. But I don't like this place at all. I spent over $50 on a large pie, cheese bread and boneless bvq wings. When I picked it up the pie was nice and hot, however wings were not sauced nor did I get sauce on the side. The boneless wings were more like crappy nuggets. If I wanted that I could have gone to Safeway and got a big bag. Now for the pie. The pie crust was not very flavorful and a bit dry. And the cheese bread was not very unique. When in their right mind puts what looks like poppy seeds on this. It was so disgusting that I wouldn't even give it to a homeless person. This is not a place that I can recommend.
