The chicken held up well though, still being crunchy. The seasoning was nice with bits of herbs shredded over it. In light of this, getting a sauce or flavor to dip things in would've been great though I don't remember if it was an option when I was originally ordering. The banchan was in a packed and worked well enough for the meal. Flavors still worked out well for the food, I'd be interested to see what the rest of the menu tastes like.

It was still nice and crispy even taking it back to the hotel which was great, and the amount is certainly shareable. The seasoning for the chicken was noms as well. The tumeric rice had good flavor and balanced well off of the chicken. The soto ayam the broth really brought things together. The highlight there was the fried tofu since it just soaked up everything. I'll definitely be by again to try out more dishes for sure.

Some of our favorite rolls are the Totto's and Fish on Fire. My go-to ramen is the Black Garlic, and you can ask for the hot sauce on the side so you can add as much as you like depending on your spice level. Depending on the time of day, there may be a wait since it's a smaller, more intimate restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. The fish is always fresh, and the broth is so flavorful! Service is always so helpful--they consistently check in on you and offer great recommendations based on what you're craving.

The salmon carpaccio was okay. Next time I would ask they not add the truffle oil. I felt like it took away from the flavor a bit. The radish micro greens were a nice spicy touch. Our server, Johnathan, was amazing, he was super friendly, attentive, courteous, and genuinely funny. You can tell he truly cares about the customers he is taking care of by the experience and the service he provides to them. I made a few modifications to my salad and he made sure everything still came out perfect. He was consistent with checking in at the right times, he kept our waters full, made sure we always had fresh bread, and every dish came out exactly right, at the right times.. Nothing felt rushed but we also never had to wait on anything. Great service really makes or breaks a meal, and he definitely made the whole experience stand out. We'll be hoping to sit in his section again next time. Thank you Johnathan for a great night.

My daughter calls her "auntie," and she is the absolute sweetest. It always feels warm, welcoming, and like family when we come here. This place was the perfect rescue for Chinese New Year when you don't want to cook but still want something comforting and special. After our second plate a big lunch rush came in, we had enough already but wait would have been a bit longer after a group of 10 came in! Always a good sign when people keep coming in, and you can tell there are some regulars with the interactions from patrons and staff. You make your own food, so up to you to make it how you like it!
