We were pleased with the dentist and the staff. Recently, my husband has been dealing with some serious health issues and needed immediate dental attention. Dr. Dent did everything to accommodate his schedule and did I mention it was the week of Thanksgiving! Beyond thrilled how accommodating he and all of the staff were. We rescheduled 4 times and needed work done now, as it would hold up his medical treatments. Not once was it an issue, the staff went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend Mountain Ranch Dentistry. Excellent work and very caring people working hard to help their patients. Exactly what we looking for!

I think perhaps they are hurting for business. Going back to my dentist in Peoria, AZ. The dental hygienists, at the Mountain Ranch dentist office, are on the cranky side. They had one nice one there, that I really liked, but she quit. The dentists there seem nice enough but again, everyone is pushing deep cleanings. It's really hard to find an honest dentist these days.

As time went on, the tooth gradually turned yellow, and I became increasingly self-conscious about my smile. I've always been someone who smiles a lot, but in the back of my mind, I was constantly wondering how noticeable it was. Eventually, I realized it wasn't worth putting off any longer. After doing a lot of research, I decided to trust Dr. Ngo at S&L Dental. Seeing the incredible before-and-after photos on their Instagram and reading so many glowing reviews gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. From my very first visit, Dr. Ngo took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me that they would do everything possible to achieve the best result. The final result exceeded all of my expectations. The veneer blends in seamlessly with my natural teeth, and I genuinely find myself smiling so much more now. The transformation has been truly life-changing, and I only wish I had found Dr. Ngo sooner instead of waiting so long. On top of the amazing dental work, the entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Every appointment was on time, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I can't recommend Dr. Ngo and the team at S&L Dental highly enough. If you're considering cosmetic dental work, you're in excellent hands.

We moved to Scottsdale about six or seven years ago. My wife did a ton of research before picking a…read moredentist and she chose S&L with Dr. David Ngo. I went with a different place at first because it was closer to where we were living. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. I ended up having a bad experience there and finally switched to S&L. Dr. Ngo and his team fixed everything the other dentist had messed up. Right away I knew my wife had been right all along. I've been going to S&L for four years now and they really are the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ngo has removed all my old metal fillings and replaced them with modern ones, plus he's done a couple of crowns for me. Everything looks and feels great. My wife has also been extremely happy with all the work he's done for her too. I'm almost 55 and I've seen a bunch of top-rated, highly recommended dentists over the years, both here in the US and a couple in Mexico. Nothing else comes close. One thing I have to mention is how good Dr. Ngo is with people who hate dental visits or get nervous about pain. His work is excellent, but it's the way he takes care of you that makes the biggest difference. For example, the way he does Novocaine shots is unbelievable. You barely feel it at all. Every dentist out there should learn his technique. With all that said, I do think the front office experience could be better. If the customer service up front matched Dr. David's clearly caring vibe, it would be 100% perfect. If you're looking for a truly professional dentist who gives five-star care and service, this is the place. Dr. David Ngo at S&L is the only one I would recommend without any hesitation.

Personally I always dreaded going to the dentist as my childhood dentist caused me so much trauma. I avoided both doctors and dentists like the plague. Good thing I happened to be searching Yelp and found the best reviews of this place. I arrived with so many nerves, but left there feeling so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Catalina and her staff. The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. I come from a family background of folks in the medical field and know proper protocols for patient health and noticed each individual make the proper decisions to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines. I was impressed at how they handled each task and how Dr. Catalina herself made me feel at ease, confident and comfortable in the chair. I couldn't believe it, but yes.. now I regularly attend dental appointments and know that when I step into her office, I will be taken care of and welcomed. I feel transformed and love by Dr. Catalina and her staff. From the All-Knowing Receptionist to the Hygienist to the Boss and everyone in between! I absolutely recommend Aesthetic Dental to everyone and anyone. Subsequently and sadly, I recently lost dental insurance and the staff let me know there are affordable cash rates so I could still attend so I'll be seeing them again in a few short months. Thanks Catalina and Staff for your superior service and care!

Dr Willman is no longer with the practice. Huge, enormous, gigantic loss for Pima Dental. About four months ago, I returned because I needed to molars extracted. Let me note that after the extractions I had fully intended beginning work on all my lower teeth, fully expecting to make another substantial investment. This practice is not inexpensive... in my view it is extremely overpriced (especially after I share what happened below). I was prepared to pay another substantial amount to complete my treatment. I did miss one appointment due to a personal emergency. I attempted to call but was unable to get through, and at the time my focus understandably had to be on the emergency. At my next scheduled appointment, I drove over 45 minutes from north Phoenix. I arrived and had X-rays done, and then met with a dentist who informed me that two teeth would need to be extracted by an oral surgeon and that the procedure could not be done there. While the dentist was courteous, the appointment ultimately resulted in a two-hour round trip simply to be referred elsewhere. I wish this had been communicated to me beforehand. As I was leaving, I was stunned when I was told not to leave and was informed that I owed a $50 missed-appointment fee. Mandy, the office manager, whom I had worked with before made it be known that I needed to pay $50. What disappointed me most was not the amount itself, but the complete lack of empathy or discretion--especially toward a long-standing patient who had already invested heavily in the practice and was prepared to invest significantly more. I understand that offices have cancellation policies. However, patient relationships should involve more than strict enforcement of fees. In my experience, this practice places profits above patient goodwill and patient satisfaction. Between the high costs of treatment and the rigid handling of this situation, it left me feeling that policies mattered more than people. As a business owner myself, I believe long-term trust, empathy, and relationships are what sustain a practice--not nickel-and-diming loyal patients. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek care elsewhere for the remainder of my treatment, and I will not be recommending this office moving forward ever again! I hope this feedback is taken constructively. My initial experience here was excellent, attributed primarily to Dr Willman, which makes this outcome all the more disappointing.

When I questioned it, I was given multiple conflicting explanations--first that my insurance hadn't paid, then that insurance checks hadn't been cashed, and later that the payments were only for future work. After contacting my insurance directly, I was able to confirm that checks had already been issued, received, and cashed by the office. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the process turned into months of back-and-forth where I had to repeatedly prove that I was being overcharged. During this time, I was treated rudely, and the office manager, Celina, even made an inappropriate and offensive comment implying I had a mental learning disability. Eventually, after all the evidence was presented multiple times, they corrected the overcharge--but by then the damage was done. My implant was left incomplete, and I now have to go to another dentist to finish the work. This entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle.

I suspect that is because the benefit year ends on June 30th and my new benefit year starts on July 1st. I literally have to wait until I have a dental emergency to get in such as a crown come off. I literally walked around with a cracked front tooth. The frustrating part is that all that waiting and the fact that I need work done, I am screwed. I now need 3 crowns. I can't use this benefit year. $1500 unused benefits. I have to wait until July 1. I will use all of my benefits up in the first 2 months and I have to pay for all of my cleanings out of pocket and around $2000 for crowns. I feel like I am being taking advantage of. They should pay for the cleanings next year if I have to fork out $2000 in crowns because I couldn't get in for cleanings. I made appts and they canceled due to short staff. I am the one that paid for it. Nobody called me back to come up with a plan. I have dental insurance for these situations but I should be able to get in for cleanings. My insurance covers preventative cleanings. I am so angry about this. They had an opening on June 21 at 10 am so they said they could do it. Today, June 20. I am still waiting for a call back from dentist for a solution. I called my dental insurance company and learned that if the dentist bills for the crowns on the first appt, it will go in before June 30 ins deadline for this year. The insurance pays when the dentist office bills not when the crown is put into my mouth on the 2nd appt, which is in July. This changes so much. I could have gotten it started before my insurance starts a new deductible year on July 1 and that means I would be paying less out of pocket and use my benefits. I called the dentist office and they denied everything and then said that the appointment is no longer available. The part that pisses me off is that I was screwed over by this clinic and now I get to spend the next several months in pain again. I do not understand how I see reviews where other new patients get in quickly and it takes me forever to get in. They cancel my appointments without warning.

Upon arrival, I observed concerning hygiene practices--a staff member put on gloves, touched their face, and then attempted to treat my child without changing them. This raised serious concerns about infection control. Communication was poor throughout the visit. Staff did not introduce themselves, explain their roles, or clearly communicate procedures, and there was no proper informed consent before attempting care. The office enforces a $100 rescheduling fee for patients, yet frequently changes appointments themselves. Despite multiple reminders warning of this fee, we arrived on time only to be told they didn't know why we were there and that there was no reason for the appointment, even though it had been scheduled and confirmed by their office. When we raised concerns, staff dismissed them and made no effort to resolve the situation, leaving us feeling that our time did not matter. Additionally, staff entered the room appearing confused, spoke to each other in another language without explanation, and repeatedly referred to my son as a girl despite being corrected, which felt disrespectful. Overall, the office was unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking in basic communication and courtesy. Our time and concerns were not respected, and I cannot recommend this dental office.
