Started going four years ago when the office was on Yuma in Buckeye. Great experience. Since the…read moremove to Litchfield Park, however,I have had to wait a minimum of fifteen minutes, sometimes longer. The office staff has never informed me, upon check in, they were running behind . Today was a perfect example of this. After receiving multiple reminders via email and text regarding my appointment time, I arrive early to fill out paperwork. Ten minutes past my appointment time I asked front desk how behind are they running. Was told the room was being cleaned. Ten minutes later I asked again and said I will have to reschedule if I'm not seen in the next 5 minutes. Finally got to the chair and waited while the assistant asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. Sorry, no. I usually book every 4 months for exams and cleanings. Poorly run and inconsiderate of my time. Perhaps being open five days a week would help with scheduling. Dr. Garrett should be aware of what is going on, it's his name on the door!
