It is used to call out their goods and entice people into the shop. The environs are cozy and well kept, though not elegant. But you don't go there for the environs, however. You go for the goods! Their ice cream is terrific with a lot of tempting flavors. We're big fans of Biskoff ice cream and theirs lives up to expectations. We paired that with Peanut Butter Cup Brownie ice cream, which was also lovely. We took away a Peanut Butter Marshmallow Crunch bar, which we ate later. We found that to be delightfully decadent. The service was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was as friendly and pleasant as it gets and also quite efficient. The prices were very reasonable. I'd highly recommend stopping in if you're in downtown Cedar City.

I was a little disappointed in the lack of matcha flavor it offered. It was also heavy on the milk flavor rather than matcha. The croissant was good with a slight flakiness and buttery flavor. It was a little more bready than with those great flaky layers. My friend said his Mexican hot chocolate was good and had a subtle spiciness. The service was friendly enough.
