I have a drive up ramp right up to my huge storage unit and I have a huge unit for the same price I used to pay for half the size i used to have at another place . I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We used them twice, once when moving from CPP to Crestline and again when we moved more things into storage. They took the time to go through the road costs of the units we were interested in with discounts and made sure to tell us specific advantages for each unit. They really walked us through the entire process and made sure we were comfortable with how to access our space. Moreso than that they checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was going smooth and last but certainly not least the pruces are very fair too. I have been renting a unit from Mountain Storage for a few years now, and the manager, Lewis, is always willing to answer questions, and is very friendly. First, we had a smaller unit on the inside of one of the buildings, and then we moved to a larger unit on the outside of the building. Both units were clean and affordable. I asked if we could move to a larger unit that was close to the small one we originally had, and Lewis made sure to accommodate us with my request. We have also rented several Uhaul trucks from this location, and the process is always easy. Tried to rent a U-haul. Scheduled a pick-up window for yesterday and made the ~20 minute drive over only to find no one at the location and phone calls went to voicemail. Got a return call a little later. No apologies or explanations for the missed appt, but we went ahead and rescheduled the pick-up for a -30 minute window today. Also confirmed it about an hour before the scheduled time. Yep, that's right, once again no one at the location or answering the phone. It's about an hour later and no one has returned our calls. We are now scrambling to find a truck for tonight. read more
