The movers (Vincen, Mauricio, Amir and Mario) showed up on time - were polite, paid attention to detail and hustled all day - ensuring every box and all furniture were put in the right place! We ran out of space in the truck and arranged for Vincen & Emerson to move the rest of our belongings 2 days later. Again, timely, communicative and hardworking movers! We hope to not move again but if we ever have to this is the group we'd go with, without hesitation!

I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moves I've had. I would definitely use TopCare Movers again, and my brother is already planning to use them for his move in May. Highly recommend.

At my previous apartment, we stayed for a while to make sure everything was going smoothly before driving to our new place. When we left, the crew appeared to have already moved the majority of our belongings out. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the new apartment, plus another 20 minutes to get settled and make sure our cat was safe. An hour after we had left, I received a call saying they had just finished loading the truck and were only then heading to our new apartment. Given how much had already been completed before we left, that timeline didn't make sense to me and left me questioning how efficiently the remaining work was being done. Another frustrating part of the experience was that, at both the pickup and delivery locations, the movers repeatedly asked me where they should park the moving truck. I don't drive commercial moving trucks, and I hired professionals because I expected them to know how to handle those logistics. I was also told that if they received a parking ticket, I would be responsible for paying it, which I found unreasonable. Once they arrived at the new apartment, the pace continued to feel unnecessarily slow. There were multiple trips carrying only one or two small items at a time. Eventually, my partner and I started helping unload our own belongings because we wanted to get the move finished. We also noticed several bathroom breaks throughout the job, which only added to the feeling that the process was taking much longer than necessary. The final interaction left a bad impression as well. I fully intended to leave a tip for good service, but before I even had the chance, one of the movers repeatedly asked for cash after I had already explained that I didn't have any. Being pressured for a tip at the end of an already disappointing experience felt unprofessional. Moving is already stressful, and I hired professionals hoping to make the day easier. Instead, I left feeling that the job took much longer than it should have, communication was poor, and the overall experience did not justify the cost. I can't recommend this company based on my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Worst Experience of our lives. They lie & deceive you and take your money only to deliver your load damahed/ destroyed. That's exactly what happened to us. GM John Romero is the worst of them all. He claims it's a family business and has his Salesman , John Rose be his snake oil Salesman. John Rose lied to me about how our load was going to be transported cross country. Forman / Dispatcher Sam is a real piece of work and lied to us as well on the whereabouts of our load. Turns out original driver, Eric Turmed around in Oklahoma and drove back to Arizona & QUIT on the spot. Other worker drove trixk back near Palm Sprongs and got truck stuck off main road and it was left unsupervised and abandoned for 3 days . Nobody knew where our stuff was. When another driver picked up load ( that was mixed with 3 other loads and not what was agreed upon) it was finally delivered in North Carolina 11 days late. The delivery driver was alone , forcing me ( I am a senior & disabled) to help him unload and set up furniture. When rear door opened , broken pieces of porcelain, glass , wood , etc. came pouring out. It was a disaster. The idiots took our load and reloaded it and crammed our belongings in a small space at the rear of the truck and nothing was tied down or secured . Heavy boxes stacked on top of smaller boxes crushing everything in them. Our brand new furniture ( @ $15,000.00 ) was heavily damaged/ destroyed as piece by piece came out . The driver ( Dana) even wrote a letter for us to use on our claim against company he worked for. That's where GM John Romero showed his true colors and denied out claim for full reimbursement of $11,600 for the amount we paid and offered $372.00 instead and blamed ME for not having enough insurance. We are currently in court proceedings against Pro Moving & Storage LLC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOLKS !!! Tim Hainline read more

If you guys are trying to move out of state go a different route. My initial interaction with the company was great but it wasn't until I was waiting for my stuff to get there that everything went bad. For example, I was never updated on the status of my order nor when it was on the way. I had to personally call the office and would never get a good answer. Once my stuff finally got here it turns out that instead of having to pay what I was told to they charged me $1,200 more than what it was. It clearly says in the contract that if the price changes or anything occurs which makes the price go up or down they'll call you and let you know. When I called to ask about that the office lady (her name is Sasha btw) said that that wasn't her responsibility and that I never asked what the final price was so it was my fault! How!? I'm not the one that's supposed to ask. They're supposed to inform me ahead of time to have the payment. Sasha is the most unprofessional worker I've dealt with. Whenever she doesn't have an answer she'll say that she can't look it up for you because she's "not in her office at the moment". She's worthless and unprofessional. Also, to top it off while I was talking to her on the phone the mover started yelling at me and saying that if I didn't hurry and pay they'll just leave. I do not recommend this company and they have a terrible way of running their business. Do NOT use them. read more

The good: The move of 12-13 pieces of furniture from granny's assisted living facility, dropping off some pieces at a storage unit and the remainder at our home in Tustin was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, within the quoted cost and without any breakage. Can't ask much more than that! The not-so-good: The move supervisor (2-person crew) wasn't aware that the move was a "two-part" move (storage unit drop-off on way). That was explicit in the contract. However, all was ironed out onsite (with some difficulty in placement of clearly labeled furniture on the truck so it could be removed first). The less experienced mover was on his phone (with earbuds) during almost the entire time of the move - seemed "tuned out" and unsure where things were to be placed. The word "gratuity" came up at least twice. I don't appreciate hints (yes, I tipped them). No offer to unwrap plastic from furniture upon delivery. Would I reuse Pro Moving? Perhaps. read more

Booking was super simple, went online and requested a quote. They were the first company to reply and their rates were competitive with other companies (who all replied the following day). I first spoke with Davon, who walked me through the whole process. I was able to secure a good time in the morning (between 9 and 10am), and they were available through text to communicate. On the morning of my move, I received a call that they were 15 minutes away, and that was the perfect amount of time for me to finish packing. Joe and Jesse were both fantastic! They observed the amount of things that I needed moved, and gave me a very accurate time frame. They were very fast and extremely professional, they were definitely not trying to milk the hourly rate. My fragile items were handled with care and nothing was broken, nor did I see any mishandling. Pro Movers was great from the start. They were extremely responsive and were able to get me scheduled for a move within no time. Prior to showing up at my home, Ben called to check to make sure I was ready for them and followed up to see if any boxes were needed. Ben and Josh showed up on time and were great throughout the move. They were friendly and worked extremely hard and well as a team to make sure my furniture was delivered safely and without issue to my home. I was so impressed with the team work, strategizing, strength, and overall abilities Ben and Josh demonstrated. They were constantly assessing how to angle the pieces to make sure no walls were touched and no damage occurred to my furniture. This is an awesome moving company! Erik and Jose did an incredible job helping me move from my apartment to my first house! Both men were very professional and took great care of my stuff. They were even able to move my Peloton spin bike with zero issues or damage. All of my items were handled with care, and all the heavy furniture was put back together at the new location. The truck was in great condition and the movers brought all the blankets/dollies for heavy items. I had called so many moving companies but none were available to help me. We had our best moving experience thanks to the team of Steven, Marcos, and Spencer from Pro Moving. Booking was easy with clear pricing, including email confirmation and day-before-the-move reminders. When the team arrived they reviewed our home and went over their move process clearly, including what they could not move and why. We've moved several times over the last 15 years, but this team was easily the most efficient, communicative and service-focused. They all were equally motivated to make sure we were satisfied. We really appreciated how they respected our home and maneuvered large furniture pieces through tight spaces with no damage. Ok so I've moved every year for the last 5 years and this was by far my best moving experience ever! I would also like to note that I'm the worst mover ever . Like I get so stressed and anxious. This time was so relaxing and I was able to just kick back and let the movers do their thing. Pro movers emailed me almost every day assuring me they were going to show up . They showed up on time and moved everything efficiently and carefully. I also called around to probably 10 different places and the price of pro movers was the best. My husband and I found ourselves unable to move our home and decided we needed someone so we called Pro Movers. There costumer service over the phone was wonderful they were very nice and understanding and answered all of our questions and concerns. When the movers came they were a couple hours later than the time we scheduled but they called ahead of time to let us know it would be a little longer. The movers were VERY nice, we could tell they looked a little worn out from the last job which kind of concerned us for them and our stuff. They were a little rough with our things which resulted in a few things being broken but we are thankful that they were able to get us moved and they did there absolute best! read more

This has been my first time using a movers company and I'm glad I did. Joe and Sergio were quick and friendly. They tried to optimize parking space and time to give us the lowest price possible. (They had this great system of using boxes on dollies, like college dorm move in days) My biggest concern was the sofa because I knew it wouldn't fit through the door and because it was the weight of two elephants, but when they picked up that sofa and squeezed it through the tiny door frame I was surprised at how easy they made it look! Lol They came exactly on time, got the job done, and were really helpful. They even finished early. Next time I move, I'll definitely use them again! :) Dog approved as well haha read more

My entire experience with Pro Movers was fantastic. From start to finish, it was super easy to book my move and they arrived when they said they would so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Not only was this the best moving experience I have ever had but it was one of the best customer service experiences of any kind. These folks treated my belongings including many valuable antiques as if they were their own. The team that came to pack our house were friendly, extremely professional attractive and all in all fabulous. The unloading team at our new house was also unbelievable. Never before have I seen such efficient hard-working men acting as a team. Michael and Gerson helped my Mother move out of her apartment with a smile the whole time. Genuinely got a sense that these guys were happy with helping others. They arrived on time and called to confirm the time the day before and day of. They also came equipped with the right tools to move efficiently. They wrapped delicate items with very gentle hands and cared for them as if it were their own. They moved an entire 450 sq/ft apartment in 2 hours. Everything was in boxes but that's including 3 large items, 1 California King, and a 65" LCD (not light). Best moving experience I've ever had! Ernie and his 2-man crew worked very hard and quickly to move my heavy furniture and TONS of boxes 50+ miles on a blazing hot day. Through it all they were the picture of courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. I also want to stress the ease of setting up the move with ProMovers. John Rose was so pleasant to deal with in scheduling the move. They also sent me several emails as moving day got closer. These contained helpful hints for making a move less stressful. I will never call anyone else! This company was professional, from beginning to the end. They quoted a very fair price , Alex and Nick showed up on time after having backed down a very long narrow driveway perfectly. We showed them what we wanted wrapped and all that was going on the truck. And off to work they went. They did everything we asked for and were fast and helpful with anything else we needed. Moving is stressful, but they made this part look easy. The delivery to the new house was even more than expected. They helped assemble whatever we needed help with. Usually I rent a truck myself and have a friend help me move, but this time I decided to spring for movers. Joe and Carlos were seriously awesome. Went way above and beyond, very friendly, and crazy fast. I literally thought my move was going to take three times as long as it did, but these guys were like precision machines; nothing was damaged and I saved a ton or money because of the extra time they saved me. I used Pro Moving on a recent move from Tustin, CA to Cupertino, CA. I was very happy with company and the Movers. Rick Namble, the moving coordinator, was very professional. He was on time, very organized and pleasant to work with. His two movers Samuel and Caesar did a great job also. When my furniture was delivered in Cupertino the next day, Rick was already inside the gated apartment complex, had located my unit by 8 am and determined the best staircase to move everything to the second floor all on his own. This moving company literally saved the day! I had contracted another moving company weeks ago to move today. I called them this morning to confirm the time they would be at my house. They said their truck broke down. To say i was freaking out is a great understatement! I searched the internet and found Pro-Movers. I had two moving companies flake on me and Adastra was able to help me move out of my apartment at the very last minute. The manager Archie is very professional, great with communication and happy to answer any questions / concerns that came up throughout the process. The three movers on the job (Miguel, Carlos & Ben) were friendly, knowledgeable and took great care packing up my items. The experience with Orange County Movers was nothing short of horrendous. When calling to book my appointment, I mentioned the Yelp deal (likely still up) and was told that I should mention it to the driver before paying and that I would receive the discount. I was also told that I would receive a discount for using cash (hmm...wonder why? Don't like taxes much, huh?) I also am pretty sure they said a two hour minimum not 3, like they ended up charging me for. I was called about an hour before my scheduled window and was told that I could either have the driver come right now or I was going to have to deal with them being late. I told them that we had planned for this time and we're not ready so had to wait (whatever, moving is annoying enough, if this were the only issue I would be fine). When the driver called to let me know he was on his way, he tried to sell me on hiring a third mover for my small apartment...obviously didn't want to, but again, fine whatever- no thanks. The move went fine and we got to my new place but when I went to pay and mentioned the deal, I was told that the mover would have to call the owner to ask. He comes back and says that the owner, Andy, said he would not be willing to honor the deal because I didn't purchase it (24 hours before-offered to purchase on the spot) even though I was told clearly, to just mention it at check-out. I asked to speak with the owner and he got on the phone and started screaming and yelling at me and refused to honor the deal. He then started threatening me by saying "you don't know who you are messing with...you don't know me." Excuse me??? How unprofessional and frankly ILLEGAL. I should have just called the police right then but decided it was a small discount anyways and I would just pay and have them out. The next day when my cable guy came to set up the tv, and turned it on- we noticed the huge crack internally in the screen (pictured). It didn't have that before and it was clearly broken by them in the move. I called over again and was yelled at AGAIN and hung up on. I was told that because I didn't notice it while they were there (obviously since it's an internal crack and the tv was off) that I would have no luck with them. After calling back again, I was told to email a picture, which obviously received ZERO response. The TV is an extremely nice and expensive 60 inch Sharp tv, and it's beyond disgusting that I should have to take care of damage that was done by them. It's beyond a shame that they behave this way, the drivers themselves were actually really great (besides the obvious accident) and I feel sorry for them that they work for an abusive owner. This review will not be updated or edited unless and until I receive a response and payment in return for the damages. I will also be contacting the BBB, Rip Off Report, etc. AND have already discussed this with my legal team and we are prepared. This needs to be made right. It is theft and the threats are beyond illegal and unprofessional. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! I wish I could give a negative star review, rather than 1. Add** As you can see by Andy's, unprofessional and disgusting response (yet again), this company is horrific!!! Andy, I will see you in court. Thanks!

The guys arrived on time and worked their collective butts off to get everything in their truck. We had heavy furniture and they wrapped it with care and placed it in the new home right where we asked. I would especially like mention Gabriel for his help in fine-tuning the location of some of the furniture. Two other guys, whose names I didn't catch, helped moved my very heavy printer into my car, unload it, and carry it upstairs. All three guys had that can-do/will-do attitude. I got one skilled mover and one that seems to have trouble figuring out how to move a dolly up and down a truck ramp. The communication with the phone coordinator was great for scheduling the week of. You have to make a deposit online, cash discount. My movers charged me correctly for the time, but it could've probably been done in an hour less with more efficient movers. Problem with the industry in itself is that movers are paid by the hour instead of the job itself. I do recommend this company, but these aren't the best movers I've used.
