One person and truck to pump and another (unskilled -new) person (and truck) to diagnose and repair the pump. That was $495 for pumping and $350 for a diagnosis with no repair, they needed the owner to come out for the repair. It was supposed to the next day (Saturday) it was pushed back until Tuesday because they had commercial businesses to work on first. Owner shows up does another "diagnosis" charges another $350 and no repairs. So $495 for pumping and 2 fees ($350 each) because the first diagnosis was apparently wrong, and no fix
