Never have I ever received horrible customer service like this when it comes to shipping! I was trying to mail a box, and I never had to pay for a strip of tape before. Other UPS stores taped my box no problem. I pay so much for their shipping services, and then the lady is super rude about paying for a strip of tape. I mean really, it is tape. I have been to other UPS stores, but never one with such a disgusting attitude. She should be appreciative that she has a job during COVID-19 when most people are home. This UPS lost a customer to FedEx over bad attitude over tape. **I have returned a few times after I posted this bad review due to the need to ship items and convenience of location to my home, every time the customer service is terrible! The business owner is a ROBOT! Terrible customer service. I needed just a notary (1 page) and the store was under construction but the owner was THERE due to people needing access to their mailboxes. She refused to help me, yelling that they are closed and recommended me to drive to Victorville (which is an hour and a half round trip) overall she was extremely nasty. I was not trying to mail anything, I just needed a simple notary. She refused to understand. Avoid this place if you can. read more

I am guessing the negative reviews are from competitors or otherwise from those people who just have trouble getting along in life. The women who work in this store are helpful and friendly, and get the job done. They are very accommodating to the clueless types who ship a package once in a blue moon. They seem to do a brisk business here, so your only trouble may be a line, but that is fairly standard for any UPS store. read more

$35 for half the print job I paid for. Asked for card stock and the clerk couldn't figure out how to use the printer. She grew visibly flustered and started giving attitude. At the end I said fine and just took my flyers in paper and got sub par and half assed flyers. Then she left a part of my order out of the envelope!! This location is super closer to my house. But I'd rather drive all the way to Rancho than deal with this. Don't go to any business where the workers can't even do their job. read more

Tall thin blond is so nice and professional but the shorter, older, brown hair women is beyond nasty! I watched her yelling at customers for no other reason but that she could!! Just abusive! Alina and the staff went above and beyond for our needs. We had to ship a long tall but light weighted table to the east coast- they looked into everything for us from shipping cost comparisons to packaging the item safely for freight. Highly recommend! read more

Probably the worst customer service ever...I called in asking a question and was respectful the ENTIRE call. Not being able to really hear the girl who answered because of the call breaking & a bit noise around me - I asked if I could step out for a second to get a better hearing and the girl hung up on me. This ain't the first time I've been treated with disrespect there. Don't work somewhere that requires you to work with customers if you're going to have childish behavior. Could've called back but me doing that won't change how they act towards people just know they catch attitude quick & forget they're working I guess. All I can say is I advise the workers there to take notes on the USPS clerks - I'm in there every other week & I ain't never been disrespected by them - take notes on those women, girls. read more

Have been very happy over all these years. Outstanding, friendly service. These employees have always worked so hard, and even more now with so many people ordering online. They amaze me. They are always ready to help. I always wonder how many people could handle the volume and weight of all the packages that move through the store, not to mention all the people being served. They've always been nice and the service has been fine. It's the only store in the area I've seen where they don't wear masks though, like not at all. The lady today had a wet cough and had her mask down around her chin with six customers in the store. This is the norm, either not wearing one or not having it on your face properly. read more

I would give less stars if possible. I sent a family member money through this store. I placed it in a manilla envelope that I purchased from them. I then sent it via UPS ground. Which I have done before. The package never listed through tracking past label created. I called and stated my issue. They simply passed it up to corporate to "try and locate". A week later I was told through corporate a simple claim will be done. For a maximum of $100. $500 short of what the value was. I was never asked about insurance or told any information about cash not being insurable. They witnessed me place cash in envelope. I was the only person on the store besides the 2 employees. When I tried to talked to them. They just said. After label created no longer their issue. I believe that my package was stolen as they knew it would be passed to corporate and no action against the would be taken. I have read multiple reviews spanning 3 years. I read about 3 separate occasions as well as poor attitude from employees. I used to really like the place. As we are a rural area and I like to keep local businesses open. If anyone else has had issues like this with this store. Please reply. I'm looking at possibly sueing the store. Setting is t tight here. A package simply doesn't just disappear. read more

Best UPS store! I tried the Victorville and Hesperia stores before I discovered there was a Phelan store, and was pleasantly surprised to find it was much better than the other stores. Great service, friendly staff, convenient location, and reasonable prices! read more

I live 6-7 miles from the UPS Store in Phelan, Ca. I prefer to drive to the UPS in Phelan, CA for the good and friendly service I get. I've been there plenty of times to drop off packages, mail packages, and use their Notary Services. The most recent time to pack and ship a printer.
