As I was sore all week leading up to the competition, I decided to email Steph and set up an appointment for the day before the competition. She was even able to accommodate my schedule for a massage later during the day! Steph's massage was hands down (pun intended) the best I've ever had. She worked on my entire body and even found areas that I didn't know I had issues with! By the time I woke up the next morning, ALL my soreness was gone and I felt spry and ready for the competition. I even ended up finishing 5th overall in my division for my first time competing! I give all the credit to Steph for getting me ready, and not in pain, for the competition.
