Medical imaging express is, by far, the best facility, for MRI testing, to which I've ever been. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk person was so friendly, considerate and generally welcoming... We felt right at home immediately. The technician performing the upright MRI scans was very patient, nurturing and helped me to relax throughout the testing. As for state of the art medical testing, their upright MRI machine is the best available. In fact, there are only about 15 of them in the entire United States. Personally, I was getting upright MRI scans to look for tethered spinal cord. This is the gold standard test to look for that medical condition. THE DEAL: If you want the best results, you have to get the best test at the best facility. I flew all the way from Boston, MA to Greenville, SC to get the best upright MRI scans!

I understand the process and patience it takes for imaging, so my rating is solely based on my interaction at the front desk. I'm not sure if the person was having an off day, but it shouldn't matter.

After watching several patients being admitted after I had arrived, I asked why all those people were admitted ahead of me. They said I had a same-day appointment and they were trying to fit me in. The statement showed a February 13rd 2026 date of creation with a due date of March 18th 2026. March30 (yea it was after the due date but I won't jump thru hoops like a trained seal just to pay a co-pay. Anyway on 30, March 2026 I called the contact number on the statement to make payment. Um, the rep on the phone stated the amount due $21.32 was turned over for collections on February 13, 2026 THE DATE THE STATEMENT WAS CREATED!!!! I made payment and immediately reported this provider as fraud with the Attorney General of Georgia. STAY AWAY from this Banks County medical provider!
