We've never been disappointed. There's a number to call if you have any questions or disappointments to allow them to remedy them. To the lady that visited the cemetery in 2021. An additional thing I like is that they don't seem to mass-produce the urns. The one I picked for my grandmother isn't on the shelves anymore, and the one I chose for my mother was off the shelf almost the very next day, so I can really appreciate the individuality of it.
