So welcoming and friendly, good hearted people. The 16 hour smoked brisket has that perfect smoke ring with nice bark seasoning. Lemongrass beef skewers are a MUST! Whatever else you order add a skewer or three. The pulled pork was tender shreds of beautifully smoked meat. In the words of Jen the sides are perfect to balance all the richness. Pickled papaya & carrot salad with Cambodian style fried rice which has an unexpected delightful coconut cream to add another component twist to the dish. Everything we tried was awesome!
