Was so excited to see a small coffee shop stand in the middle of the mall! A lot of things sounded good but went with a medium Fall Oat Boy with vegan cold foam. My sister got the London Calling drink. My sisters drink was pretty good, nice to see a non coffee/matcha drink option. Service was nice and quick around 5pm on a Saturday. When I got my coffee there were a lot of bubbles from the cold foam on top (as you can see in the pic) and the amount of foam was very small too. But to my surprise the coffee was amazing, and loved the taste! Will definitely get it next time im back in town. read more

This review is for the OWNER. I just ordered the Peanut Pleaser for my kid. Thurs. 6/11- approx. 1:10-1:30. I let the cashier know that though my kid doesn't have a peanut allergy, they have a hazelnut allergy (which is in one of their drinks menu). I explicitly asked that they be careful about cross contamination and to please use new utensils that haven't been contaminated with hazelnut. The whole time I'm saying this, the girl at the counter (named Kate) stares at me like "okay uh huh.. sure whatever" and asked me "what size?" I reiterated again, "you understand that I am asking for the drink to not have any cross contamination with Hazelnut as my kid is severely allergic to hazelnuts?" She said yes. But then when I went over to the counter to ANOTHER employee who's making all the drinks, I waited to see if there would be any interaction between the two (ie. Kate telling the other girl about the hazelnut allergy and what the customer requested). I had to step in to explain to the drink-maker and voice my concerns and how upset I am that people's nut allergies are not being taken seriously. This could be a life and death situation. The other employee was very understanding and said she is taking it seriously. The whole time, while waiting for my food and drinks to be served, I waited for Kate to say something to her coworker, before I make a final determination to post this. Kate said nothing. Management needs to train their staff to take food allergy requests seriously. Fine if at least she told us she can't accommodate. But don't say yes and not take the request seriously like people dying of nuts is some made-up nonsense. And to only then dismiss our requests afterwards by not doing what the customer asks. read more

After walking around in the mall for a good bit, we stumbled upon Gregory's coffee. Man o man were we in for a surprise! An unexpected coffee shop in the middle of the mall would leave me heart broken when I wouldn't be able to have there caramel cold brew again and again. Jesus helped us out and gave us a little bit of the run down of Gregory's. He was super friendly and gave us details of what he likes. I had mentioned I usually get an iced Carmel coffee and said here try a sample. Seriously pure amazing in a cup. I've never had a cup of cold brew that was exactly spot on and creamy and sweet. I was sad when I started drinking it. I knew it would finish at some point and I don't go to chino enough to get more. I will gladly go to this mall once a month for this cup of coffee. I'd been wanting to try Gregory's for a while now. We didn't want to stop for matcha while we were out and about, so I opted for ordering from DoorDash for delivery. The order took a while to head to us and to be delivered. We ordered a small iced matcha latte with peppermint syrup. My oldest said it was good and the peppermint wasn't overpowering. My youngest ordered the iced rainbow cookie matcha. She loved it. It did settle a bit, I'm sure from the delay in getting the order, but she was still happy with it. I opted for the salted caramel matcha and it was decent. We didn't receive any straws with our order. Gregory's started out hot but now it's not. After a year in it's turned into a flop. Once a promising coffee spot just got chopped. With new shops in the area they just can't compete and even if they tried they will be beat. Take the craft seriously and maybe we'll come back but for now you're just one of those forgotten tracks. I was walking around the mall and was deciding on getting a matcha somewhere so I stopped here. I instantly regret it as soon as I got my drink. I got the blue dream matcha and it was way to sweet and had no matcha flavor. It tasted more like blueberry milk. After seeing multiple reviews now about this drink I can see it's a reoccurring issue. I never really go around asking for drinks to be refunded or get another, I take my L and move on but it was really bad, but I went back and did so kindly and I asked and they said it's to their policy they do not do so unless they make mistake, having an attitude with the response. I've been to and worked at coffee shops and have never been greeted with a response of we can't fix the issue. I would suggest to not go there if you need a drink. read more

I had the Blue Dream Matcha a few hours ago and it wasn't good at all. It taste like the leftover cereal milk from a sugary cereal. The blueberry flavor is overpowering the drink and Matcha flavor is completely absent in it. It has the green matcha color with no taste. I forced myself to finish the drink as my mother brought it for me and I didn't have the heart to tell her, I didn't like it. (I just saw online in their Google menu that there's meant to be a pecan cold foam? I did have a cold foam but it didnt taste anything like pecan or a nutty flavor. It tasted just sweet cold foam with no flavor. Google also said there was a butter pecan syrup, I didn't get any of that either in the drink) - btw the drink really did taste like the leftover milk after eating cereal. Overall, I wouldn't get this drink again. The blueberry flavor takes over the drink, no matcha flavor at all!!! -I'm reading other reviews for this drink and it's the same issue. Little stand located inside the Ontario Mills mall. Wasn't too impressed with the service or drinks. The woman taking our order was not very friendly and didn't say anything to us at all. I ordered the Blue Dream Matcha. It did not look like the picture and I couldn't taste any matcha or butter pecan flavor. All I could taste was the blueberry and milk. I pass by this location a lot when shopping and finally gave it a try. It was extremely disappointing. I ordered an iced latte that was decent but the service was not great. I know smaller kiosks aren't big on customer service but one of the baristas gave awful service. I didn't get her name but she had glasses and was the only one not wearing a hat. She ignored me when I arrived at the register and proceeded to go on her phone. When she finally looked up at me and took my order, she seemed like I was a bother and was very short and rude for the entire interaction. Just ultimately unpleasant. When we went their espresso machine was broken which is literally more than half their menu. 3/4 of the drinks we ordered were horrible tasting. Their matcha being labeled ceremonial was a joke, it tastes like milk. I paid extra for foam on my drink and it ultimately disappeared once I mixed it in.
