When I looked at my ticket, I could see that "Diamond" had originally been written down and then scratched out, with "Chief Peak" circled instead - a service that runs around $40. I have a photo of the ticket showing exactly that. I asked the attendant, who I always confirm the service with, whether I had gotten the Diamond. He said no, this was the same wash I always get. When I brought the discrepancy to Jo Anne, she seemed to coach the attendant into saying I got what I paid for, which wasn't true. The interior wasn't even properly cleaned- crumbs and debris still in the center console tray, visible dust and specks on the seats and between the seats (photos attached). The exterior looked no different than it would have after a $40 Chief Peak. I spent about ten minutes trying to sort it out and got nowhere. An hour and a half wait, $130 out the door, for a 30-minute, $40-level service. Really frustrating . I won't be back, and I wish there were more car wash options in town.

We ended up with a great mechanic, and we will now move all our vehicles down there for work. The problem we took our car to this place for wasn't actually fixed, which is why we ended up with issues not long after.

I looked online in my neighborhood and found Auto Tech Smog Station. I was able to make a reservation which was great so I did. My appointment was for 1:15 but I got there early and was taken right away. The manager Issac greeted me and did the test . The website states smog tests could take up to an hour so I took a seat and within maybe 30 minutes I was all done. Issac told me my car passed and the certificate was sent over electronically to the DMV. I had a coupon for $10.00 off I found on their website and it was honored. Issac was great and has the smog business for all my cars from now on. Well done everyone!

This is going to sound odd, but, besides the customer service, I was so excited to use the old school towel dispenser in the bathroom! He told me he'd check in with me on my trucks status after i dropped it off at 9:30 in the morning, i had to call him at 4:30 before they close asking whats going on. Didn't find anything all day. Weekend comes, same result, i have to call them for check ins on my truck because they would never reach out to me. Then Omar told me if i wanted to get work going on the truck sooner i could pay out of pocket upfront, which would void my warranty. Seemed extremely shady to me to delay work on a car with a warranty to get someone to pay out of pocket. Would definitely not recommend using this shop, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR USING A WARRANTY, they will put your vehicle last in rotation and will tell you they will do work faster if you pay out of pocket.

I took a chance and called purple auto and they came out within 20 minutes and saw there was a hole in the tire that could be patched up. It Took about 15-20 min and it was good to go. They even followed up today to make sure the tire still held up. Super nice guy and more than reasonable on the price, especially having to drive and meet me at that time of night in the rain .
