I'm very glad that we read reviews here before selecting a company to transport our car cross-country. It was a great experience and worked out perfectly! We're moving from California to Florida, and I've never shipped a car cross-country before. Before finding AATT, I got tons of quotes from scammy sounding brokers. They all just seemed so sketchy. After talking with AATT, even though they were a couple hundred dollars more than the lowball quotes from brokers, I felt confident that they were legit and professional. The best part about our move was that we were able to drop off our car after hours at their office in Burlingame. We were flying out of SFO on a red-eye, so this worked out GREAT. We were able to drive ourselves to the airport, park the car, drop the keys in a slot in the door, and they even gave us a free taxi to SFO. This eliminated the stress of coordinating a pickup time with the driver. They promised no more than 14 days transit time, but it arrived a whole week early. 7 days exactly. The driver (Carlos) was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Car arrived a little dirty, but otherwise in perfect condition. Hopefully I don't need to ship a car cross country again any time soon, but if I do, I will know who to call. read more

I had a positive experience when using Move Auto to ship my car from IL to TX. The driver picked up my car in the given pickup window and my delivery estimate was 3-9 days. It actually came 5 days later and everyone was professional and kept me updated through the process. However, I decided that I want to go with a transport company locally with a real office, in case something goes wrong, I can still talk to someone face to face. So I found All American Trucking. A good sign is that they have a real street address. From Google streetview I can see that they have a real office with a big parking lot and transportation trucks. Ashton was quick to prepare the paperwork and called me back quickly on my questions. Although their quote is on the high side, I decided to use their service. The estimated transport time was 5-9 days. The car was picked up on time and delivered in 5 days from Illinois to my front door in San Jose area. The truck driver called a day ahead to give me a 3 hour delivery window, and he arrived within his promised delivery window. The car was little dusty from 5 days on an open truck, but a quick car wash was all I need to get my car back in clean shape. I shipped my Porsche 911 with All American Trucking & Transport last week. They were highly responsive (without being pushy, like some of the other companies that called or texted me repeatedly) and flexible with options (open and enclosed). They were also very thorough with their inspection process and delivered my car within the promised period. Pricing was transparent and they did not charge more than their estimate. The key reason why I picked them is that they have a drop-off location in Burlingame. It made it a lot easier to coordinate drop-off, as I did not have to physically be present when truck picked up the car. Some of the other companies required that I plan my travel around when the truck would pick up my car in the Bay Area and when they would deliver it at my destination. Mediocre experience. Yes, my car arrived within the promised delivery window. But the delivery driver tried to cover up a tiny dent to my back trunk door. I'm not sure if it was caused during transport or during storage at All American in Burlingame. Since the dent was not properly noted during the delivery process, there was no records to file an easy claim. All American did offer (eventually) to pay me back a flat fee, but the whole thing felt weird. I decided to not to pursue it any further and move on with life. My recommendation if you use their service: wash your car before drop-off so all dents/scratches are clear, take your own timestamped pictures of your car's dents and scratches during the inspection process at drop-off so you have additional proof, and don't let the delivery drivers leave until you've done a thorough inspection and done a phone call with All American with the driver present. But next time, I'm using a different service. read more

I did not actually use All American, so I cannot speak to the specifics of their reliability, etc. They were recommended to me and I called them. I got a quote to move a car from Illinois to California for $1200 if we had a four-day pick-up window or $1500 for a three-day pick-up window. I ended up going with another company for $700 and a four-hour pick-up window, and the car arrived early and without any problems. I found the lengthy pick-up window and price to be a bit ridiculous. If you don't mind these things, I'm quite sure they would otherwise do a good job moving your car. read more

We had a good experience with this company - once we were confirmed for a pick up, though they didn't follow up with any further information, they did respond quickly when i had a question. On the outbound, I heard from the driver the day before he came, as promised, his window of pick-up was accurate, he was courteous and efficient. Then while our car was in transit from Southern California to New England, I got updates along the way. The final delivery date was accurate, and the driver kept in touch as he approached our city. This is among the worst car moving companies you can find. Our movers suggested we use All American (clearly they get their share for referrals). 1) First of all, they are not responsive. I was working with an agent that did not respond my calls and emails unless I follow up a few times. 2) They only allow 50 lbs in the trunk. We had overweight for which they charged us, which was fine. But I was expecting them to charge me, not asking my friend who was supposed to receive the car to give the driver CASH. 3) They were supposed to deliver the car to my friend's place but the driver asked him to meet in a Mall. This is unacceptable. We signed the papers indicating clear address for delivery and they did not give me any heads up that our car will not be delivered to my the address we assigned. 4) They OVER CHARGE! The driver accidentally send me a picture of the amount they charged All American to show I had overweight. They only charged All American $550 and they charged me $1200. This is a huge margin. 5) They did not send me the receipt yet after following up with them twice. 6) I ended up cancelling shipping our second car with All American and chose Stateway Auto transport. They only charge me $900, they said I am allowed to fill the car up to 100 lbs. They said I can also put things in the car as long as it does not pass the window level. They gave me exact pick up and delivery dates instead of 3 day windows that All American gives and their customer service is great. Update: The same exact driver and moving company picked our second car up. The company shipping both our cars was Nao Auto. The only difference: 1)All American charge a lot more (maybe they cannot negotiate their prices down but that is not the customer's problem). 2) they claim they take care of everything. Stateway was super clear. They emailed me the exact amount Nao Auto charged them and the amount they have to be paid before my car was picked up. read more

Smooth as silk. We had our Ford Explorer shipped from San Francisco to Atlanta. I dropped the vehicle off (after hours at their lot) on a Sunday night. We flew to Atlanta the next day. My vehicle was delivered to Atlanta one week later. I was notified the day before that the driver was making his way to my location a few days before his actual arrival. What can I say about this company in a nutshell? How about THEY ARE FREAKIN AMAZING!!! Let me say, I had never had to have a car transported before , so when I ended up buying my 2018 50th Anniversary Hot Wheels Edition Camaro from a Texas Dealership, I was lost on how to get to me in California! I started arching the web and getting quotes from various companies , completely confused on the process. Most these companies were very vague about pick up and drop off and general questions I had on how it worked... I was becoming worried I would get scammed. After getting pretty far in the process with one company I happened to come across a YELP review on it and it was awful!!! At that same time I did a search on local transport companies ( most I was dealing with were out of state) and came across All American trucking and transport.... OMG it was like finding a UNICORN!!!! They were completely transparent with me on the reality of what it would take to get my Camaro from Texas to California and explained everything in a very understandable way considering I had no experience with this what so ever... every step of the way they were on top of it and in less than a day ( other companies said it could take a month to find a trucker) they found a trucker to transport my Camaro to me and god damn it , in less than a week, my Orange hot rod was sitting in my driveway!!! The trucker stayed in contact me the whole few days he was on the road and got my Camaro to my driveway exactly when he said he would!!!
