The company was responsive up til my payment was processed. We were then notified a delay. Our car was eventually picked up by a different carrier, which was fine. The driver told us he'd be the one to deliver the car to my daughter and promised to give an update as he got closer to Boston. Turned out he arrived in NY in 4 days then our car sat somewhere in NY for 4 days. No one sent us updates on delivery date/time even after we called and texted. Someone other than the original driver eventually delivered the car at MIDNIGHT! My daughter had to ask a friend to accompany her because she didn't want to meet a random guy in the middle of the night! The whole process could have been so much less stressful had the company been giving updates as promised. read more

I was given a 3 day window for pickup and I was really nervous about it being picked up on time but it got picked up on the third day which worked out perfectly. Our driver's name was Jeger he was really kind, professional and personable. He kept up updated throughout the whole transport. On the day of the pick up, the driver called me in advance to let me know that he was on the way and because I lived in a densely populated area without much space for large semi-wheels to drive through we had to meet at a parking lot of a commercial plaza close by.
