We contacted Mitchell to transport a vehicle of ours from our home in CA. to our house in Idaho. We needed an enclosed transport trailer, he arranged that for us and the price was very reasonable. He and a member of his team, Rose, kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. The driver, Ihor, was very professional and courteous. Ihor picked up our vehicle on Monday afternoon and had it to our house in Idaho on Tuesday evening. We were kept informed as he traveled prior to pick up, and prior to delivery. My experience with Car Carrier was excellent. Mitch was quick to respond with great communication throughout. He was flexible and customer focused. The driver Val was amazing. I left my phone in the car and luckily he noticed while putting the car on his truck and drove it back to my home. During the trip the car battery died on one of our cars and Val jumped it and ran the car to recharge before delivering it. He was friendly and kind and willing to help in many ways. Would give Val 10 stars if I could. read more

Called in a transport over the weekend, they arranged pickup on Monday and moved a car from Arkansas to the Bay Area by Wednesday at 1am. Phenomenal, don't even know how that is physically possible. Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience overall…read more TL;DR: I would recommend for small, simple assembly jobs, but I wouldn't trust him for larger or more complex furniture projects. More details: I hired Selim to install a Murphy bed. The first issue was that he didn't pay attention to the bed's dimensions ahead of time. As soon as he arrived, he increased the price and repeatedly commented that he would have brought another person if he had known the correct size (when the issue was simply a lack of attention beforehand). He wasn't able to complete the job properly. The bed wouldn't close, and he couldn't identify the problem, leaving me to troubleshoot it myself. I spent hours trying to fix it and eventually noticed missing screws and other signs of inappropriate installation. In the end, I still had to pay the full price and then hire someone else to redo the same job correctly (paying twice for the same service). I asked for a 50% refund, but he refunded less than 15%. I honestly felt bad because he seems like a genuinely nice person. However, I lost a significant amount of money, time, and dealt with a lot of unnecessary stress. This was a job I paid for specifically to make things easier, not harder.

Dropping off the car went smoothly. Yolanda was so much help, Offered to call a taxi for us and she was super nice. Even the inspector was a nice fella too. The Oakland Horizon is awesome. Update: My lady lost the registration paper for my car. We looked for the paper work 2 days after we left horizon. After not being able to find it, we called horizon to see if they had it....and they did!! My lady dropped the registration for my car in the ladies bathroom. I was kinda surprised they held onto and didn't just throw it away. Instead of cabbing it back to horizon, they offered to mail it to wherever we were heading to. All in all a good experience!!

I waited inside the car for 6 hours constantly updating my phone. I called them constantly and they kept redirecting me or telling me lies or getting disconnected. I called about 10 tow places in Oakland and none of them were available. I called ZR towing and he picked up right away. It was 5am when I called and he was able to meet me in 10-15 minutes! Fastest response ever! He was super helpful and got my car to a body shop in the middle of the morning that is also Subaru Certified!!
