**PLEASE READ**AWFUL COMPANY**DISHONEST**WORST EXPERIENCE** I originally wrote about my experience shipping a vehicle. I am now updating my review not just to include the dishonesty and decent I experienced shipping the vehicle, but to also include the new unprofessional interaction I received from vice president, Justin, that was a verbal assault on my character.. I have been a member with Yelp since July 2011. I have use the sight extensively in my business and personal capacity. I have never been moved to write a review until this experience of helping my sister ship her car across country. I am used to dealing with upstanding companies that stand by their product, and hold themselves to high standards for quality customer service. I will pay more for quality. This experience has caused me to write 2 negative reviews, which according to All American Trucking & Transport Inc. vice president, Justin, means it's "a scam to try to get us for a few hundred dollars." Because we all know how far a few hundred dollars can go. Let's be clear, my motive of writing this review is so that no one else experiences what I went through and what my sister went through. After all, is this not what this platform is used for?? If this helps a consumer avoid this company and save a headache ... great! If this helps All American Trucking & Transport Inc to hire competent staff that reflect what their website claims... great! But no amount of false implications, twisting of the facts, and intimidation tactics used by Justin will change the truth. There is nothing to validate. Justin received my quote from Zoltran at Lucky Star Auto Transport. I wish I posted reviews more, so that I knew how to post the picture of the quote. The shipping quote that Justin has in his possession has a pick up date of July 25, 2017, which is what I requested for an arrival date of Aug 4th. The customer service representative, Frankie, put down the incorrect pick up date of 7/29 - 8/2 even after three conversations with myself, and one with my sister when she paid. The customer service supervisor, Jillian, promised to reimburse for the rental car I paid for since the car was not to arrive until Aug 7th. After the rental car was returned, Jillian left a voicemail stating she would not honor her promise which goes to show the lack of integrity of this company. I spoke with Justin, who has fabricated our conversation, which is not surprising after dealing with this company. Anytime a company argues over reimbursing $386 they promised, it's time to find another company. I fell for this company's website lines that it was "founded on the belief that the customer is Number One," and "we've backed every auto transport job with 100% satisfaction guarantee." This company is filled with dishonest and incompetent workers from the bottom all the way to the top. Just read the way Justin responds to customers that have had a poor experience. He does not try to troubleshoot to get to the bottom of the issue. His words are not of a professional that cares about retention. Instead he wants to attack. It's sad. A man is only as good as his WORD! Justin keeps trying to have my posts removed, but I will not back down from them. Consumers have a right to know how unprofessional and awful this company is. read more

I transported my car from a rural city in Central Florida to Arlington, VA. After a few days of answering my questions via email, I decided to place the order. Later that day, the local driver called, and said he could pick up the car that evening at my house. He arrived on time. I received the car only a few days later!!!!!!! The service was literally door-to-door. The local driver called me the day before that he would drop off the car between 10-11 a.m. Sure enough, the local driver dropped the car off on time again. He was also able to drop off the car at my work, which is on a one-way street, heavily constructed and congested. There were no apparent physical damages! So, kudos to Laszlo Kurucz Trucking, the local driver's company! Marge and Mike from All American Trucking also provided great customer service. Marge provided me the proof of insurance promptly, and followed up with my questions. read more

I had a great experience with All American Trucking & Transport! My sister got accepted into med school at Penn State & decides to move one week prior to the start date. YUP, last minute! :/ Upon arriving, she realized that there was no public transportation and her only means of getting around was a vehicle. So now, I have to get her car transported from Colorado to Pennsylvania asap. My dad wanted me to drive with him from Colorado to Pennsylvania to deliver her car to her, umm NO thank you! 25 hours driving, we both will go crazy. I was nervous since this was my first time using a car transport company. Thankfully, the whole process went through as smooth as possible and they were able to get her car to her within a week. I will definitely use All American Trucking & Transport for any future deliveries. read more

They did an awesome job start to finish. The planning was simple- they were the best priced, fully insured without a deductible. They were fine with me not knowing the exact date or location for delivery and they waited until I got to it. I had 2 cars shipped across country and they picked them up without any problems - they were even able to come a bit early. Door to door is their way of doing things. They picked up the car and van from my house and brought them to just outside a condo development that wouldn't allow big trucks. The sales, support and driver were all very helpful, communicative and reasonable. I was new to shipping and they made it easy! Thanks so much! Great experience with this company! I chose them because I was relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area and I liked that I could have the car shipped directly to their main office in Burlingame instead of having to arrange a meet-up with the truck driver (since I didn't know my way around the area). From the first phone call I made everyone was really friendly and helpful. I was shipping my car during a holiday time so I was worried about my car being shipped on time, but I received constant updates about when my car would be picked up. They were really honest with me about when my car would be able to get picked up and everything went according to plan! When I called for status updates once my car was on the road they were great about contacting the dispatcher in a matter of minutes for me. My car arrived on time and was waiting for me when my flight got in. I called them to make sure it was there and to get directions to the office from the airport and they informed me that they would provide me with a complimentary taxi! When I arrived at the office I was greeted by someone waiting for me. My car arrived in perfect condition with no issues and the whole process couldn't have gone smoother start to finish! I can't say much about having your car delivered to your door (as that requires the added step of coordinating with the truck driver), but I can say that I had zero problems with this company and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone shipping their car to the bay area. All American did a great job transporting my car from Oregon to Texas for a reasonable price. Alexander was very helpful setting everything up and coordinating all the details. Our experience with this company was appalling. It took 13 full days for our car to come from Seattle to Massachusetts, despite being told that it would be here in 7-10 days, if not sooner (they even told us three days after they picked up the car that they imagined it would be here in 5 days). Once the ten days was up, they then shared that the guarantee was 14 days, not the 7-10 we were originally told. When we asked for the location of the car, they were repeatedly unable to tell us - apparently they have no mechanism for tracking their trucks. When the car was finally delivered (at 9:00 in the evening), the driver was incredibly rude, unable to answer any of our questions as to why it had taken so long, and impatient for us to sign the paperwork so that he could leave. In hindsight, it is clear that the company outsources their services. The eventual receipt we received actually came from a trucking company in Spokane. I wish that I had asked many more questions about who would be driving the trucks, how those people were managed and tracked, and their record of on-time deliveries. read more

I used this company to ship my Prius from the SF Bay Area to our new home in Maryland. I could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of the service. From my first phone call, they had all the time in the world to answer questions and explain how the transport worked. Every aspect of the transport went like clockwork. I had a great experience with this company. I needed my car shipped from San Francisco to Dallas. I was driving as well as them so I needed to hold on having it shipped immediately. They were able to store my car for me without any extra cost. I dropped it off at the headquarters right outside of San Francisco, they inspected it, I paid, and I was on my way. Two days after arriving in Dallas I get a call that my car is going to arrive the next day and would I be around. I said yes, they were on time, my car in the exact shape it was in when I left it with them and Vuala. Great service. I would absolutely use them again and I am shocked that others had bad experiences with them as they were always professional and upfront with me about their prices and what services they were able to provide. read more

Highly recommended. Excellent service and communication. Krystal, the coordinator was helpful, as were the dispatcher and both of the drivers--Peter and Alex. Together, they got my 2003 Accord from downtown Seattle to Atlanta with no issues, and they kept me informed the whole way. I was glad I paid a little more to get better quality and service and gave them the flexibility on dates for pickup and delivery necessary for a 3000 mile move. In Seattle, they were able to use a smaller truck for pickup right next to my building, and delivery in Atlanta, was less than 1 block from my new apartment. All American moved my Porsche Cayenne from Atlanta to Marin County California with great care and delivered as promised. First, they don't demand all the money up front, and don't require you to have cash on delivery. Second, they picked up as promised and delivered as promised. Third, when you call their office you get quick, personal response. Hats off to Ashton (who took the order), and Marge (who tracked the shipment), for their attention to detail. We used All American Transport to deliver our vehicle across the country. The delivery driver actually alerted us to the damage to the emergency braking system. It would not disengage rendering the car unsafe as you can imagine. The car was in top condition (less than 2000 miles on it) as noted by the accepting driver. We immediately notified All American as required and took the car directly to the local dealership to find out what was wrong. Four wires from the braking system were split apart causing the problem. The service department sent a picture of the damage to us which we included with the cost of repair. They stated to us that this type of damage occurs when vehicles aren't strapped down properly during transport. All American is denying any attempt at our making a damage claim. They won't even send us a form to submit a claim. I would be very hesitant to hire All American to transport any vehicle. I would also take time to read their responses to other people's claims as well. It is quite telling. C.Hiller read more

So Impressed! Our car was delivered so fast from SF to FL. What a great company and experience. Peter E. was so nice and helpful. Before they picked our car up Riana texted me and made sure everything was going as planned. She stayed in communication with me during the entire transport. She was just a text away if I needed anything! We had one tiny hiccup... I paid for my car to be put on top of the truck but when I received it, it was on the bottom. I texted Riana to let her know and she refunded me within 30 mins. Awesome customer service!! We won't ever use another company to transport our car. Highly recommend. read more

We are moving from Massachusetts to Kansas and I needed to get a second vehicle transported. The process is pretty wild with any number of companies reaching out once you express interest. But with the wide range of prices offered it's hard to know which company to go with. My advice, DON'T JUST CHOOSE THE PROVIDER BY PRICE! Every company that offers you transport is a broker who must find a driver who is willing to take the price offered to get your vehicle to its destination. A low price and a deposit will lock you in should something change or should there be delays or other things that could cost you more money. I ended up asking our movers, Olympic Moving, for a suggestion. They recommended All American Trucking to me. The vehicle got there in 5 days without a scratch or any other complication. I can't say how easy they were to work with. From my initial contact with Ashton to the ongoing conversations with Daniela, they were fantastic. And the driver was so personable. Kudos to All American Trucking & Transport! I would use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Hi All, I haven't read all the reviews below sorry, just putting in my 2 cents here. First of all let me place a warning about two other carriers: Magic Carpet and BlueStar. BlueStar offered me $1,000 per car but sat for 3 weeks and did nothing. I finally called them and canceled. Magic Carpet did much worse. Offered me $1,200 per car, waited 2 more weeks than called and asked that I: 1. Undo my AMEX CC coverage and pay the driver in cash on delivery. This is very icky because it takes away all of your coverage AND you get to trust a trucker with a few thousand bucks walking around... 2. Pay a total of $1,600 per car after a few calls of raising the rate after I was desperate and renting a car for 3 weeks. 3. Are phony jerks on the phone - Casey over there should be *%$#. So - in that vein let's talk about All American. All American was the company that moved my cars to the East Coast in the first place for $1,200 each. I didn't call them to move back because I wrongly assumed they only did Bay Area trips east. After hanging up on Casey at Magic Carpet for the final time I called All American. They quoted me $1,400 per car but admitted up front that I should probably have them dropped off in a major city about 2 hours from me - in order to keep the price at $1,400 and because they thought they could pick them up the next day if we agreed on that. I did agree - and appreciated the honesty. Imagine that; honest truckers. The only reason I give a 4 not a 5 star is that I'm still a bit miffed that I paid $1,200 door to door one way and was quoted $1,650 door to door coming back. Fair or not - that fact bothers me. Still, in this environment - go with honesty and a bit more money because AA picked up my car the NEXT day and got it to me within a week!! read more

I've now used All American Trucking & Transport of Burlingame, CA twice. The first time was five years ago to move my Pontiac from San Francisco to Connecticut. Most recently they moved my BMW back from Connecticut to their office in Burlingame. There are many things that set AATT apart from their competitors. All of their drivers, dispatchers, and admin staff are very professional and friendly. They were able to get my car on a truck within the time stated and gave a mid-way progress report. Transit times from coast-to-coast were approximately 10-12 days. Another great thing about their drivers is the level of communication they have between not only their dispatch and the client. Cesar, the driver who carried my BMW answered my calls and texts in a timely fashion. The car arrived in perfect condition. Overall their service was excellent and I would recommend them. Other things to keep in mind is the fact they didn't ask for payment up front, and when you ship your vehicle its fully insured. read more

Consider this as a review in progress. Why in progress? Because I will update it, so far I am only on stage 1. I got the quote, OK priced. Next stage - Drop the car off in Burlingame for delivery- dropping off on 27th November. Why drop off? Well I am in rush and wanted it to be on delivery truck sooner. Next update will be : when they actually deliver the car in same condition as I had dropped off.! Until then let's wait.. Why 5 stars now. ? Getting quote was easy - why shouldn't it be..? ---- Ok I got the car in texas today , 3 days early. The person who delivered called a day early to confirm the time and delivered it. We called around to compare auto transport companies before deciding on All American Transport to take our son's car from the Bay Area to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. They have straight-forward (and reasonable) pricing, and were very detail-oriented and professional. His car arrived in five days with no problems. We were referred to All American Trucking & Transport by Viking movers for moving our car from Sunnyvale, CA to Austin, TX. We contacted the company and spoke with Marge who gave us the details and even followed up with us on the transfer before the weekend. We dropped the car off at their Burlingame lot on Monday where they inspected the car (noting scratches, etc..). The entire process was completed in front of us and we were even asked if we needed a lift to the airport. The driver of the truck carrying our car kept us in the loop on the arrival time, and I couldn't believe it when he called on Sunday and said he would be delivering the car on Monday. (the driver was a super nice guy and I really appreciate him keeping us in the loop) I gave a 5 star rating and would recommend All American Trucking & Transport for the following reasons: 1) No hidden fees, they accepted credit cards - no hassles 2) Both Marge and the driver were both friendly and polite and kept us in the loop. 3) The delivery was much quicker than I anticipated. 4) Car arrived in good condition. Now if only Viking Movers was as efficient and upfront as All American Trucking & Transport, but that's another story. read more

I looked all over to find a good company with a competitive price to ship my Toyota FJ Cruiser from Phoenix to Chicago. Based on Reviews, I selected All American. Like other reviews have said, make sure you call the company in Burlingame, CA. The sales rep was extremely helpful and informative and not pressuring at all. I called around to get the best quotes of companies and AA was very competitive and I decided to give them a shot based on their reviews. One of their drivers called me within a few days to arrange a pickup (Mon) and the car was delivered to downtown Chicago on Friday with no problems. I highly recommend AA as their customer service was excellent. Their phoens were even down for a short period and the rep was was responsive via email and I had no issues whatsoever. We moved from the Seattle, WA area to San Diego last summer. After looking at reviews online, I decided to use All American Trucking & Transport. Communication with everyone was very easy, and I usually had an email response within an hour. Scheduling the pickup of my car was easy, and the actual pickup and drop off went very quickly . Other than my car needing a car wash, everything was perfect. After my husbands job in San Diego ended up not going well, he got a new job and we moved again. This time to Pennsylvania. We decided to use All American again, and everything was just as easy as the first time. We shipped both of our cars, rather than only mine, and both arrived on-time and were damage free. I had to have my son's car shipped to him from Sebastopol to Boulder, CO. This company was recommended to me by the movers I used to move his belongings. I looked at a bunch of yelp reviews and started freaking out at all the horror stories. Thought I would have to re-think shipping the vehicle. I then focused solely on the reviews for this company -- and breathed a sigh of relief when I saw they were mostly positive; I felt more comfortable calling and scheduling with them. Yes, they 'farm out' the actual trucking -- they don't move it themselves. They are pretty clear on that from the get-go. Although communication from the company to me was not proactive -- I had to make a number of calls to find out what was happening -- everyone I spoke to was informed and helpful. The shipment of the vehicle went off without a hitch. Driver picked it up at my home on Saturday morning and delivered it at my son's address I think on Monday. The car was undamaged and the whole experience was positive. I would not hesitate to use All American Trucking and Transport again! Thank you! read more

All American Trucking & Transport has done a great job in moving three of our vehicles across country and later sending one of the cars up the east coast. They were recommended by Nor-Cal, the Allied Moving company we used for our furniture moving and storage, and I'm very glad I called. It takes a lot of coordination to move a family and an office across country at different times and to different locations, and the AT&T team was a big help in coordinating all the details. With our first car, the two drivers came within a short walk to my home with their big transport rig, and popped my MINI Cooper onto the trailer in a flash. When I met them in Ft. Lauderdale a few days later, it was the same two guys, and the car was in perfect shape. The company made the payment process simple by accepting a credit card, so there was no confusion or cash transactions needed at either pick up or drop off. The other experiences were nearly identical to the first. In fact, we've had very, very few hiccups in all four transports, and absolutely no damage done to the vehicles. The company has also shown poise and flexibility when things didn't go as planned. In one case, a contract driver failed to come when promised, and his boss seemed confused and somewhat unhelpful on the phone. The AT&T team resolved the situation as soon as I phoned them and sent a new driver right away. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to understand why I wanted to make a change. In general, the company's timing is quite fast, and their drivers will go out of their way to try to accommodate your pick-up or drop off needs. The airport transport service when dropping off at the company's Burlingame location is also a nice touch. And the AT & T team will even go above and beyond -- like rescuing a forgotten FastTrak and returning it to the service provider (thank you, Mike!!!) Excellent service like that is greatly appreciated, and I will definitely be returning for any future auto transport needs. read more

Awesome, amazing, A+ ... I selected All-American Trucking & Transport based on its Yelp rating and All-American definitely exceeded our expectations. This was by far the best experience I have had shipping a car (have previously shipped 3 cars cross-country). All-American had the best solution for our needs. It was very convenient to be able to drop the car off at its Burlingame facility and then be shuttled over to the airport to catch a flight. Since the car was not needed for a couple of weeks, they offered to hold the car and specifically scheduled the transport to coincide with our desired delivery date (based on when we could be arriving in Michigan). The confirmation said the car would be shipped on a Thursday or Friday to arrive on or about 7/31. When we emailed the Customer Service Manager to verify that the car had been loaded on the date indicated, someone got back to us immediately to confirm that the car had been picked up in Burlingame and was on its way. Although we were told there could be a 3-day delivery window, we were very pleasantly surprised when the driver called the afternoon before the desired delivery date and said he could deliver the car that night or first thing in the morning. We said that night was fine, but we were at a hotel. He delivered the car to our hotel precisely at the time he indicated. The driver was very professional, kept us informed of his location, and took care unloading the vehicle from the carrier. All-American was flexible, accommodating and delivered the car at the desired time. I found them to be extremely responsive and very reliable. We were so disappointed with the service we received. It started with the drop off. We took the car to them and started getting calls from the driver saying they were going to pick the car up- that would be hard since they already had the car. It got worse from there. We were told the car would be delivered on a Thursday. Well that did not work out. Then we were told Friday at 7 am - lo and behold there was a problem. Now it would be noon. Then another problem and it would be 3 pm and then 7. Well that never happened. They could not deliver it on Saturday because the driver was busy. So they said Sunday by noon. We had to pick someone up at the airport and leave by 6 pm. So they said they would be there no later then 4 pm. Well when they finally deliver the car at 6 pm we were in such a hurry we did not inspect it properly. We parked the car and left. Unfortunately when we woke up the next morning and looked at the car there was a dent in the hood. It was not easy to spot but it is a $4000 dent. The entire hood has to be replaced. The auto repair people said it looked like a door hit it. The company will not accept any responsibility. They said we did not report it when it was delivered. The owner of the company could not even be bothered talking to us. When you spend $2500 dollars to ship a car you expect a little better treatment read more

I had never transported an auto before and was not familiar with the process. I contacted two other companies and never heard back from a driver. After two weeks they still could not provide any time estimate as they wait for the contracted drivers to call back (I even paid for the fastest rate). I then called all American Trucking and to make the process quicker, I dropped off my car at their facility. As promised the car left to go across the country 2 days later. My daughter had her car within 4 days as promised. The driver contacted her and arranged to drop off the car and arrived on time. I would highly recommend this company as they are professional and got back to me immediately with any questions or updates. read more
