I dropped off my car at their office in Burlingame, South of San Francisco, on Monday 18th in the morning. It didn't get shipped until the next day and arrived in Portland, OR early Thursday morning. No damage, no scratches. The car was delivered within the time frame of three days as stated by the coordinator but the key thing is when it gets shipped. I had a nice chat with Evan, the driver, who does nothing but transporting cars from the Bay Area to Oregon, the Great Exodus from the GS. I recommend this company. The car arrived in CA before I did and they offered to store the car in their secure parking lot until I could retrieve it for no additional cost. When I came to pick up the car, it had a few surface scratches from trees. They immediately offered to pay for the buffing of the car to eliminate any damage. We moved from MA to San Francisco, CA and used All American. Our car was new, just one month old and we were concerned that it arrive safely and without any scratches, etc. Delivery in downtown San Francisco isn't easy but our driver made it look easy! He was great, working with the company to coordinate the car shipment was as good as such a move can be and when the car arrived it was in as good a shape as the day they picked it up. They are not the least expensive but their care, full insurance on the car and assistance in scheduling the pick-up were above and beyond any other place I called. It's simple I needed my car shipped from San Francisco to Texas, I asked coworkers and friends that have shipped there vehicles before and I heard nothing but horror stories...I was ready to just sale my car and start over. He estimated that the car would arrive in Tx at around 10am 3 days after he inked it up. It arrived around noon...that's great Service!! I recently relocated from Hawaii to Las Vegas, and the only way for me to ship was from Matson Honolulu to Long Beach, CA. I needed a company that can help me move my vehicle to Las Vegas, NV. I was originally referred to them from another company, however, I am super pleased with their services. I was nervous at first as I never shipped my car, ever!, so I do not know who to call or who to rely on to get the job done right after hearing all these people having damages or negatives upon arrival. In the end, I made the call anyways since I needed to move my car quickly. I spoke to Krystal R. , which is the person I highly suggest you speak to if you want an excellent service rep that remembers and follow up constantly and consistently! Kyrstal not only track my vehicle, but touch bases with me from time to time throughout the shipment process to Long Beach. After it has arrived to Long Beach, she also kept on following up with me to let her know once I receive a call from Matson stating my vehicle is available for pick up. I said "Not yet..but will let you know as soon as they call. :) " Kyrstal sounded like she was the one waiting for HER vehicle to arrive, rather than mines. I was beyond pleased of her services once again! Believe it or not, after I did receive a phone call from Matson the following day that my vehicle being available...Guess who called me 1 minute later? Kyrstal again! I was shocked! She followed up on my vehicle on the dot to ensure that she can schedule a driver to pick it up at Matson asap so I can get my car quicker since I was doing a rental car that costed me a lot.... Once that was done. Yes, she followed up with me again the following day that my vehicle has been picked up and on the way to me within 48 hours! The next day, I received couple calls from the driver stating the delivery time of my vehicle. Once he came and unloaded my vehicle, which was exactly the time he said he would. I cannot be any happier! It is exactly the same I way i shipped it , minus some dead bugs from the wind. No damage at all! I even said, "wow, sweet! just the way i shipped it from Hawaii" , the driver replied back "yep! that is how it should be, isn't it?" and I laughed out loud. Cannot be any more true than that. Once again, from Matson Honolulu to American Transport to Me in Vegas was nothing but swift and painless. After I received my vehicle,... guess what guys? I had a very positive experience using All American to ship my car from Southern California to South Florida earlier this year. I worked with Ashton. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. There was only one small hiccup. The company that they brokered with suddenly called to tell me that they were going to pick up the car within an hour. I panicked because I did not have the car ready to go! But I knew from my conversation with Ashton that the dispatcher was supposed to provide at least one day's notice, not one hour. I called Ashton right away and he set everything straight immediately. Once my pick-up was properly arranged for the following day, everything went smoothly. My car arrived cross country much more quickly than I expected (Less than a week!) and was in great condition. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Let's just start by saying that we worked tirelessly for a month to get our car shipped from California to Connecticut. We made a lot of calls and got a lot of quotes. We tried listing this job with 2 other transportation companies that use a "central dispatch" system. I will never do that again. All American does not have this same approach. Yes they were a little more expensive, but I will tell you right now that it was worth EVERY PENNY. We were down to the wire after wasting so much time with these other companies. I contacted all American at 9:30 pm on Wednesday night and got a response back from Stephanie 30 mins later. I was not expecting a response until the next day. She told me that she would call me in the morning to set things up. She called Thursday morning and already had a driver to transport my car. As promised, my car was picked up Saturday morning. Stephanie's kindness, quick response, and professionalism was so appreciated. She had everything organized so quickly. She turned me over to Sunny who was equally as awesome. Sunny handled all the details of the rest of my transport. Sunny coordinated the driver's pick up and texted me giving me updates the entire time. They said 7-8 days and it was there in 5. The local transport people were very efficient and finished the process off equally as well. Thank you to our wonderful drivers Alex and Ellie. You guys are amazing! I recently transported my Scion TC from San Francisco to New Jersey and oh boy they were fast! I got it 2 days before the estimated date. The car arrived in perfect condition (except a little dirt because it was raining when in transit). The driver was super nice and delivered my car in a Target parking lot near my place. Everything in the car was perfectly fine just the way I had kept it. Totally awesome experience! And the price is completely justified. I am very pleased with this company! I had my Lexus SUV moved from San Diego, CA to Cincinnati, OH and I think it literally came in about a week (so fast!) The lady who worked there kept me up to date on the status of the move and called in to make sure everything was okay etc. I was very nervous about my car but it came back in good condition. I think the cost was a bit pricier than some of the other companies but I truly believe that you get what you pay for. Those other companies might be cheaper but have bad reviews, and it's def worth it to keep your car safe. I do not regret hiring this company to move my baby. This is the first time we've ever had a vehicle shipped across country, and of course, with the need to ship both of our vehicles, we were nervous. I called, was asked all details by a person who could not even spell a state (needed zip code only lol) and then after asking if they are a broker or not was put on hold for about 5 minutes. Only to get a slick fast talking guy asking same info and details again. I asked if they are a broker again and of course the answer is yes. After the 10 minute shpeele about them being the best and most honest (taken out same playbook all transport company use), I simply asked what is their broker fee on this job and if they were to get a better price from driver will the savings be past down to me later? this is my first yelp review cause i truly believe it could help someone save time when searching for a car moving company. I decided to finally create an account cause i spent an entire week looking for one, read on and you'll know what i'm talking about. honestly, i was really worried about shipping my 1-year old sports car. But between driving the car from the bay area in California to Michigan (don't ask - i will be moving back in April!) or shipping it, i had to go with the latter cause first i didn't want to drive for 3-4 days, second, i didn't want to take any time off from work for that, third, i didn't know what to expect from the weather ... So i decided to do some research and find a car moving company. let me tell you what your choices are: you can either find a legitimate company (with a real office and actual employees) or you will receive tons of emails from unknown companies and at the end you'll realize they're individuals and not a real business. Marge was super friendly and i called her a couple of times to get information and she was helpful in both. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon at their offices; they were friendly as usual and i gotta say that seeing their offices made me feel less worried about the moving hassle. My car was schedule to be shipped on Thurday and they told me it should take 7-10 days from the day of shipment. They contacted me 3 times and each time providing me with an ETA. The car made it the following week on a Thursday - so 8 days total. If i had a single problem with this company i wouldn't have rated it as 5 stars (not having a yelp account before doesn't mean that i don't know how the yelp rating works since i use yelp all the time). But overall they were friendly, helpful, on-time, trustworthy and above all very professional. I have to say that i had some doubts when i read some of the yelp reviews below - but all i gotta say is that if you're looking at shipping your car long distance, an hour or two delay shouldn't be much of a big deal. I will be moving back to the Bay Area sometime in April, and thanks to All American i know whom to contact again for that. read more

These guys are great. I moved to Dallas last month and they really helped me out. I had someone else deliver my car to their Burlingame location. Well, my driver's side window regulator was broken and if you rolled the window all the way down, it won't go back up by itself. Well the driver who dropped it off didn't know that and rolled the window all the way down and it got stuck. Well the woman working their, Alex, called to let me know about this. I'm in Dallas and couldn't get back to get the window up myself. After multiple calls with Alex, she finally got it up! I used All American Trucking & Transport in order to move my VW Golf from San Francisco to Philadelphia. I arranged everything over email with Mike who was quick to respond and very professional. My plan was to go on vacation for 2-3 weeks between moving out from SF and moving in to Philly, so I needed to store the car somewhere in between. Mike offered me the complimentary service of just parking my car in the lot in front of their office until the time came for them to transport it, which was very convenient. The day when I was set to fly out from SFO, I brought my car to their office in Burlingame. Ian was the one to go around the car with me to check note any pre-existing damages while explaining to me what his notes where all about. I had filled up the trunk with some not-too-heavy stuff of mine, which he said was fine. The whole process took no more than a few minutes, along with the paperwork and I was ready to go. They also covered most of the cost for my taxi ride to SFO. About a month later, I received a phone call from Alexandria letting me know that the car was soon to be delivered. I had provided them with a 5 day delivery window and the delivery was on time. One day before the delivery, Alex, the truck driver, called me so that we can figure out where to meet for the delivery. We had to meet at a parking lot which was a 10 minutes drive south of downtown Philadelphia because the truck was way too big to drive into the city. He called me again the next morning to finalize the time. The actual delivery took place a couple of hours later than the initially planned time, which was the only inconvenience, but he made sure to call me 15 minutes before his arrival so that I could take an Uber down to the parking lot. The car was a bit dusty, which makes sense after a cross country drive, but with no damage whatsoever. Alex was very pleasant while he was unloading my car and he was telling me stories regarding interesting car delivery experiences that he'd had in the past. After the delivery was completed and I signed off, Alexandria called me again to verify that everything went smoothly. I chose this company to ship my car from CA to NC because they were rated the best in business. The people at the office were helpful, the driver who picked up my car was nice and thorough, and my car arrived in good condition within 10 days like they said. Originally I only gave them 3 stars because of the bad customer service I received from the driver who delivered my car. He was very impatient and rude to me when I could not find him because the address he gave me led me to the northern part of the highway when he was on the southern part. What really bothered me was how unprofessional the driver was. The way he talked to me and even said "sh*t" a few times when he was frustrated was what bothered me the most. I tried to give him tip money for the time he had to wait for me (25 minutes) but he did not accept it. He apologized to me after I drove away because I guess he felt bad for how he talked to me. I changed my rating up to 4 stars because of how the company managers handled the situation after I talked with the office personnel about what happened. They personally called me to apologize for their driver. I believe that is a good business move by valuing the opinions and feelings of the customer after he/she experiences a flaw in the service. read more

From the beginning, I received a prompt message and quote and the representative was patient in answering all my questions via email. We were under a very rigid time constraint for the pickup but the company made it happen. The pickup driver was friendly and accommodating and helpful in explaining the procedure. We were kept informed during the time the car was transported, and the arrangements for delivery couldn't have been easier. The delivery driver met us with a smile and it took little time to unload the car which was buried three-deep in the carrier. The car arrived in great shape with no damage. We shipped a car from Pennsylvania to Arizona in November of 2015 with a different company and had a completely different (stressful) experience; therefore, we were leery in trying again with another company for fear of a repeat. Cross Country CA to MO.. I was inundated with text, phone calls and emails. Drove me NUTS!!. However i looked at many places and lots of different prices and kept coming back to All American Trucking. I spoke with Lupita (probably drove her crazy with all the questions every day for about a week) she gave me a fair quote (other places were cheaper but they were rude and wouldn't take No for an answer, so a little more money for better service i think was worth it) I was able to drop vehicle off over a week before it was set to be moved (due to me having to leave sooner). Once i dropped it off, i received an email from Riana who god love her did her best to keep me informed on where my vehicle was during the transport however it left on a Friday and arrived on a Monday. she really didn't have time to keep me updated. But she was extremely helpful and very courteous on the phone. Vehicle arrived exactly as i left it. Moving a vehicle and a family across the country is stressful, but they truly made that task much easier.
