I switched to an unlimited membership to avoid losing sessions, but my annual plan was canceled a few weeks early. Rooms with odd numbers are also very loud due to a neighboring dance studio. I even overheard employees saying they sip their face towels in the toilet akd then refrigerating them to feel cold and "clean" so beware. What should have been a relaxing experience was consistently frustrating. I've since switched to 24 Hour Fitness, where I pay $20 for unlimited sauna access.

The gym itself is clean, spacious, and laid out perfectly -- nothing feels cramped or poorly placed. Everyone who goes here is actually there to work out. People are kind, respectful, and courteous, and you don't deal with the space-hogging or awkward gym behavior you see elsewhere. As a mom, the 24-hour access is everything. On days when you can't commit to a specific time due to all the different schedules kids have but still need to get your workout in, it's a total game changer. The equipment is truly top-tier -- honestly the best I've seen, and I've been to a lot of gyms over the years. You can tell real thought went into what they offer. On top of all of that, Ashley, the manager, is incredible. She is so kind, caring, and courteous, and truly exceeds expectations as a manager. She's also extremely responsive and makes you feel genuinely supported, which adds so much to the overall experience. I'm genuinely obsessed with this place. I'm also handicap and can't get to the handicap space. It's the fault of the design of the parking line and I guess my own for having a big truck. I parked in front of the immersion therapy place a business that I had considered going into with my wife after gym visits. Unfortunately, the owners right away were on the attack because they saw me with a bike started asking me questions like how long I was gonna be. I'm not gonna sit there and explain my business to anybody. I don't need to tell anybody how long I'm gonna be the owner proceeded to tell me that that spot is marked for him and that it is enforceable by law. In the state of California or any state, for that matter, only handicap, parking spots are enforceable by law him as a business owner cannot personally enforce anything as he is not a law-enforcement officer. With having over 20 years of law-enforcement experience, I know very clearly with the lost states. I told him to mind his own business. He began to tell me that I was rude. Maybe I am. That's my prerogative. Where he took a step over the line when he told me that we had a problem together I let him know clearly that he's skirting into bad territory and that we do not have a problem. He has a problem and he needs to not make open-ended loose threats, which borderlines an enforceable offense. Luckily he quit while he was ahead, but it's enough to report the threat was nonspecific so it's not gonna go any further than that but that's the kind of stuff we do not need in the city of San Clemente. That's not the San Clemente type of way to act he could've just minded his business and let me have my eight minutes of getting my kids bike fixed again. I could not fit into the handicap spot with my vehicle. I cannot will not support a business where dude seems like he wants to fight because I didn't wanna share my personal business. I had no way of knowing my phone was necessary. The instructor was rude and said "you have 5 minutes to figure it out or you can't take my class." You would think they would have back up paper copies in instances like this. The information could be inputted into her system after the class?? The lack of customer service at this studio is appalling. Needless to say I will be trying out a different Pilates studio. It's sad, I really liked the vibe and location of this one.

I was forced to create a whole new membership for my wife when they changed their policy. I emailed them to cancel my membership which included hers. What do you know they are liars and unethical and charged me regardless . When I brought this to their attention that I followed their new BS guidelines they gave me a canned response. Oh we are sorry. Blah blah blah. Boycott these horrible unethical business owners. They don't clean properly and the place is run down.
