I am so grateful to have found this place for my almost 4 year-old daughter! She was suffering from a severe ear infection with fluid stuck behind her ears that just wouldn't clear up. Her ENT kept suggesting Ear Tube surgery but I wanted to try other things before we would go that route. I am thrilled to say that after completing the sessions, my daughter's ears are finally back to normal, and the fluid is completely gone! The salt therapy has made such a difference in her health. Was looking for a local spot for the ultra violet sauna. My wife for this location for me. From the time i called the lady answering the phone was very professional and answered my questions. I'm am so grateful that I have made the time for myself to go to this sanctuary. The salt and sauna therapy sessions have done wonders for my sinus headaches that I've put up with for so long. After just one sauna sash you will feel the difference! I have my own inferred sauna at my main home in southern Oregon. I bought it a year and a half ago to help me heal after an extremely bad car accident... car was totaled and my bones in my foot were so broken they came out of my ankle and heel... I did not walk for 7 months after this. Being an athlete I was determined to heal and walk again. I began studying everything that could help me from my bed. What I discovered was the infrared part of the sauna was first studied by NASA when they were trying to grow food in space. They also discovered the red light abilities to speed up the healing time with broken bones. When you combine the infrared light with the sauna you get a deep detox. You sweat out toxins from your kidneys and liver. Your skin starts to radiate because its so clean! You should know this is not your typical sauna at the gym people! Those are actually kinda lame to be honest and not very clean. Yes you feel okay but being in an infrared sauna is the equivalent to flying first class. Love coming here 1x a week for salt therapy to keep allergies at bay. Jennifer is so sweet and I look forward to coming into this actual sanctuary. Got a respiratory infection which blindsided me. I had to get on antibiotics to get rid of the infection which it did but unfortunately my symptoms lingered. Doc put me on an inhaler which did help but four weeks afterwards, I was still coughing and had a build up of mucus in my lungs. After researching how to heal respiratory issues, halotherapy popped up. Salt and Sauna Sanctuary is the only place around that offers this. It's a nice, clean 'boutiquey' place that has 3 halotherapy booths and 2 or 3 infrared saunas. I started with a package of 4 halotherapy sessions (20 minutes at a time) and felt it starting to work so I bought another package of 4 and voila! My lungs cleared up. I am now off the inhaler I was put on during my issues and my breathing is back to normal. Jennifer, the owner, was really knowledgeable and thoughtful. If only more people knew about this type of treatment...which is why I am writing this review. This is an awesome place!! You can get salt therapy and sit in an infrared sauna, it makes you feel so relaxed afterwards . It is a great way to stay healthy. I went in feeling a bit congested from an allergy and I sat in a salt booth and I felt so much better when I was done. The owner is very friendly and personable, there are some great products.
